Anette was so underrated

Anette left a deeeeeep scar in NW,love her style in everyway,she can fit in every song in her own way n attitude🥰🥰🥰

Anette's voice has a certain joy in it that the others don't have.

And that's some people don't like. Her voice colour is light while Tarja's was dark. Sometimes she sounds like a 16 years old. I do like this album and Anette's songs very much. Her voice is perfect to "Slow Love Slow", "Turn Loose The Mermaids" or "Amaranth" from DPP for example.

I loved this version and all the others as well. Miss Annette certainly has a good career going for herself now post Nightwish.

I listen to pop music too... and she is not a pop singer... she is rock voice ! She's great! Love Anette!!!

Very cool to hear this. Imaginearum is probably the best produced album I have ever heard, with all the orchestra and childs choirs. It sounds so amazing! nice to hear a more raw version of the song (that still sounds great btw)

I like this version almost as much as the one on the album. I think Annette would have had a longer career with Nightwish if they at least would have played the older songs more in Annette's voice range.

Jukka's face always the best :D

They all sound awesome with next to no studio editing.

I will miss Annette like hell, she was a great singer, also this song sounds in many parts better than the album version, like when Annette screams "Yeahhhh!!"

Really digging this version! I love the orchestral/symphonic stuff, but I would love a stripped down Nightwish album! It would be nice to hear Empuu turned loose again as well, The guitar parts were a bit restrained on Imaginarium!

This is refreshing indeed! however, i prefer the album version. if i were to say something, that would be about Anette, i fucking miss her, she had charisma (even if it doesn't look very metalhead-istic); Floor is nice and everything, but i got used to Anette, and i liked her more than Tarja (no matter i like classical singing better... Anette HAS GOT something... that's it). ...I would like listening Scaretale demo; probably an impossible though.

Imaginaerum., the best Nightwish album. Anette so underrated.

I honsetly got a feeling like here Anette's voice sounds better than on the album version. Like... on the album is too much processed or something. Love both of them though xd

It's sad how some people can't tell the difference, right? I like this one too. They should have kept marko in the lower octave, it makes it sound a little meaner.

its funny how a nightwish demo can still be 100000x better than albums which cost thousands and millions of dollars to make :)

They add so much effects to Anette's voice during the actual album. No wonder she never sounds the same live. If they kept it this way, it's good too.

No they don't they added more layers on her voice on the studio version which is normal

she's gotten a LOT better live though...if you listen to live shows on here past Feb 2012 she sounds fantastic!

OK this is just so much better then the album version :P And the last part with vocals is just great ;)

I'm not quite sure why you expected this demo to be sung primarily by Marco when Anette is the lead vocalist. In Dark passion Play it was obvious that they had to record the demos before hiring a new singer, so Marco's vocals had to be used, but they'd have no reason to use Marco's vocals when they now have Anette. Having said that, I would have liked to hear at least one song on Imaginaerum where Marco's vocals were the focus (like The Islander or Master Passion Greed). Oh well.

That's Marco, Toumas said once that he probably won't sing again in Nightwish, he prefers to stick to the keyboards and leave the male voices to Marco

Yes it's strange, but I like this "raw" version more than the official album version.

I like this, less orchestra and more guitars like back in the old days, remind the people that you're a metal band!

the orchestra parts are played by the keyboardist in this demo so the orchestal parts are still there ...actually...

i honestly think the orchestral parts can be to much at times I like this better and Emppus guitar tone is better to

I think I hate Tuomas, just a little, for making such very difficults songs to sing :( anyone who says Anette can´t sing, is totally deaf :P

if only I could find a good audio version of Floor singing live...she's always drowned out by either Marco or the crowd, can't get an honest opinion, but I do like her ReVamp stuff

They don't need an operatic singer for that, just a good singer with a powerful voice ala Floor Jansen :)
