I think he truly rivals Wolverine in Charisma in the show. If the 2nd season got greenlit it be nice for more solos of him

The fact that he was able to make it back home from Genosha with his powers really impressed me

That's why it's a shame that so much effort was wasted):

This show did such a great job with Kurt! A lot of adaptations kinda boil him down to his religious side, and his faith is a very important part of his character, but that’s far from all he’s got going. He’s gallant, he’s a prankster, he’s a swashbuckler, he’s romantic, and this show let him shine! I also appreciate that in a show centered on Wolverine, they’d give a few solo adventures to his best friend.

No worries 😉 A swashbuckler is someone who engages in daring and romantic adventures, usually with an eccentric flare. It doesn’t have to conflict with someone’s religion, and Kurt is very much both a man of god and a man of adventure!

I love X-Men 97’s Nightcrawler!!! We’re getting to see I’m as a man of faith, playful & fun, and a great swordsman all at once!! I love his relationship with Rogue, he’s such a good brother 💙

​@@EmbraceYourDreams. Nightcrawler mainly can teleport anywhere he's been to or has to visualize where he wants to go. Otherwise he has to see where he's going, Otherwise he could end up in a wall. But still, this scene from wolverine and the X-men, really had me worried for Nightcrawler.

"Moment of your time Herr Captain." Don't know why but I love that line. So very Kurt.

Kurt will forever be my favorite xmen. Not only his power but fighting styles with or without swords is unparalleled and his character/ backstory is some of the best written. Not only is he a mutant but his physical looks make him a outcast among the outcasted. Combined with he is one of very few pro-reliougs characters in comicbook history.

I love how Kurt is respectful yet Disrespectful to his opponents. Like he's so polite, but SOLOS then so hard it's disrespectful 😂

Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler is a very underrated X-Men character, but still he's interesting I love Kurt's voice in this series, Liam O Brien is the voice actor

I’d say this is one of the best versions of Nightcrawler portrayed.

Liam O'Brian's voice is sooooo delightful ! Reminds me a lot from the voice of Caleb from the Mighty Nein.

I'm glad you included the scene where he says "I'm no fool" to Magneto

2:26 really like this scene. It show that his power displace the space where he will teleport love the added physic

@@ssg3legssan I think they mean the VA's ( voice actor's) themselves. The VA that voices Kurt here is Liam O' Brian, same VA that voiced gaara. The other VA is Kate Higgins who voices both Wanda and Pixie here, the same one who gave voice for Sakura. I hope this clears up the confusion. 🙂

Casting Liam Obrian as Nightcrawler was genius.

The animated shows did the X-Men justice more than the movies do, and that's my unpopular opinion.

This show and X-men Evaluation has my favorite animated versions of Kurt.

This is probably the best version of Nightcrawler animated or live action. This is Nightcrawler in his prime, he knows how to use his powers to their best capabilities, he's intelligent, creative, skilled, and snarky. The boat episode is probably one of my favorite X-Men related episodes

Coming back after finding out they turned Nightcrawler into a version of Spiderman.

He was my second crush when I saw him on "X-MEN TAS", but I fell in love with him later when I read the comics. To me, the movie version is just not right

The movie version is great actually. He's depicted as a comic relief who is a devout Catholic. That's Nightcrawler in a nutshell.

what like night crawler same resin like gambit both have ability's out side of there powers. nightcrawler be able do flips and kicks and sword fight comes when works circus. gambit has bow staff , sure throw things well. lock picking fun see both team while collars. night crawler give ninja stars throw or use plane card still use cut guid face while night crawler flips kicks him.

I grew up with the shop when I think of nightcrawler on the axman. This is what I think of. It really sucks that I can’t find it anywhere to wash the floor shop.
