Honestly I listened to this over a year or two ago and I can really see how I have improved and how my life has gotten so much better, there are of course some bad moments and maybe even weeks but I went from crying constantly from being overwhelmed to proudly standing up and fighting whatever used to make me overwhelmed! From being weak mentally, scared of my parents, fully controlled to someone who is mentally a lot stronger and improving, someone who fights back when my parents are wrong, and someone who refuse to be controlled! I also went from someone hating their body and friend circle to someone who is actually doing something to like their body more and someone who broke out of the old friend circle! My point is don't be afraid to get someone you trust to listen to something you are going through! And the day you can admit something you don't like admitting is the day you can pass that and keep going until you get out of the darkness! I'm still stuck in my darkness but I'm slowly but steadily getting through it and I can't see myself giving up and commiting unalive anymore! So if no one else Tell you! Then I'm proud of you as a dad/brother/cousin/uncle/friend/grandpa/or whatever you want me to be! I believe in you and you are awesome and no matter what I'm here! Feel free to type a rant here or write if you need to ask a simple question about if something like fighting is worth it or whatever you want! I'm here to listen to everyone and anyone's story no matter who they are, what their religion is, what they identify as, who they like, what they are going through! No matter what you can come here and just reply and I will be here as soon as I see it!

You know I started to feel numb for over 2 months because people hate me for no reason my parents dont understand and trust me after 3 years of depression and suicidal thoughts couldn't tell my parents because they laugh at me i didnt had anyone to talk to .. my all sufferings were getting bottled up... i was always alone in my class while others enjoying and this is how my school life went but a few days ago i started to feel my pain again i was crying it was much better than being numb and i am getting better day by day....
