Most helmets do have the channel in the pads to accommodate the ear pro headband. It's the chinstrap getting tangled and needing readjustment after donning the helmet that frustrated me. I bought a 2nd set of ear pro just to have helmet mounted and a headband coms w/o the helmet.
Great video! The new Amps helmet mounts are nice because they free up rail space as opposed to the old style Peltor mounts. Plus they don’t randomly pop out on you.

We appreciate the support. We completely agree the AMP arms are the best way to mount your earpro that has ever been introduced to the market.
Team Wendy Exfil Ballistic has a pad section that comes out for ear pro. I run my Peltors under my helmet because I use my Peltors when not shooting under NODs as well. I'm poor after buying a set of duals and Peltors so I can't afford a 2nd set of Peltors 😅

Totally get it. kit has to make sense in a practical sense and budget plays into that for sure. Versatility is important.
