I m not a night owl this routine was for just a day I study in day only but if you want to study in night sleep(6-7:30 hrs) and eat healthy this should be ur priority ....baki you decide how much hrs you have to study following good routine will only sustain you 😊
Mai v raat mai jaga rahta tha pahle padhai ke lia ab mujhe gas acidity constipation ki problem ho gayi. Ab mai raat ko nahi jagta hu health first priority honi chahia

hey wese to mai average students raha hu jo bs 1 ya 2 extra marks se pass hota tha but ab mujhe ssc je ki preparation karni hai 2024 mai mai eligible ho jaunga exam ke liye to kya mujhe abhi se 10 hours study karni chahiye please reply

Hiee Start from now but don't expect this much from yourself coz starting me everyone start with small things, hours & targets ....in starting you will not be able to sit for long hours so first make habit of studying continuously for 1 to 2 hr (depends on you how much you can do) and then gradually increase it if you will keep going after few months you can study for 10 hrs in a day but you have to be continuous throughout otherwise it's not possible.
