A healthy quick recipe for you to have sometimes instead of maggi considering that you are working hard and need to stay healthy to prepare for your exams. Upma type recipe follows😅 Mix curd and suji in a bowl and keep it aside while prepping veggies. In a pan add ghee,rai and curry patta and veggies. Saute them. You can customise , i sometimes add nuts and french beans whatever is available. Add the suji curd mix to the veggies in the pan. Add salt. Saute for 2-3 mins. Ready to eat.
