When you see his real personality you see what a great actor he is...But also you see how cool and down to earth he is...

Its crazy hearing him talk normally for more than a min or two. Really makes the character that much more funny

Nigel Ng is my favourite of Uncle Roger's characters, so convincing. Also, kudos to whoever chose not to edit out those silences both times he talks about breaking up with his British ex. Not a second too long or short, like a perfectly boiled egg, fuiyoh.

As someone who has been to a Nigel Ng/Uncle Roger standup comedy show I can confirm he's really good live. Probably one of the best standups I've ever attended and I'm not just saying it cause it's what the video is for. Seriously if he performs in your city it's definitely worth it in my opinion

Lmao, just a typical Malaysian that can speak English well. It’s a mish-mash of accents because british english is the standard english we learn in schools, american english due to entertainment-related exposure, and at times the manglish accent because of parents/ older generations’/ local tongue influence. Can relate to him though how some people find the accent confusing, because it may be strange in other western countries but it’s normal in Malaysia lol
