I've spent my life working in the environmental sciences. If there is one thing I have learnt, it's that the world will do just fine once we've traded ourselves in for a Maserati and a boob job. Nature is tougher than you think, and humanity far more fragile than our hubris will allow us to see.

Beautiful quote from Warren about making this album: "There is something about the heart of this film that draws you in. I realised after a day, that I wanted to do whatever it took to compose an entire original score. The film deserved to have its own musical voice. I booked five days and asked Nick if he could come in for a day to write a theme song and play some piano. He saw the film and stayed for four days. In the end we made what I think is one of the most beautiful films we have ever worked on. One of my favourite experiences ever working on a project. The stars are the animals in all their wild glory, as we have never seen them before, and man in reverence and wonder."

Vu ce matin sur Canal...magique! Larme a l oeil a l'instant ou enfin la patience paie et nous offre ces magnifiques images de cette panthere tant attendue...que d'emotion et de toute beaute. Merci merci merci pour ces images qui nous mettent la encore et plus que jamais devant cette perpetuelle remise en question de notre rapport avec la Nature. Musique de fin que je vais de suite ranger dans ma boite a "tresors" ....

I love Newcastle, Durham, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear so much 💖... in 90's I've been spending one year there and it reminds me beautiful landscapes and very nice souvenirs with Geordies... 🎁🍀🙏🥳

Sem esquecer as imagens do filme do fotógrafo francês VINCENT MUNIER e Marie Amiguet. O livro só existe em francês autor Sylvain Tesson 'Panthère des neiges'. Esse filme estará em Cannes 2022.

I remember nick and his band coming to my flat in Manchester in the 90s after a gig ...he liked a Kylie Minogue bag on my wall so I gave it to him. I remember that night often 😊

What a beautiful music that perfectly fits with this beautiful movie ! Thank you so much to these guys for their travels and wanderings in wild nature to photograph some incredible landscapes and majestic wild animals in places that haven't been corrupted or destroyed by cupidity and vanity of Men yet .. Thanks to them for their respect of the nature, their patience and enduring a freezy weather to catch the elusive in a picture. I keep seeing back that beautiful moment in the end of the movie when the panther finally lays down in front (miles away) of the camera lens : she was perfectly knowing her majesty, she was perfectly knowing she's been a long quest for these guys and she was perfectly aware about the precious moment she was giving to them ❤

Nick and Warren seem to release only two types of songs : Good or Great. The first album by Nick that I heard at the time of its release was “The Good Son” and I had no idea back then he would become my favorite artist of the 1990’s and sits alongside the Beatles, Dylan, Pink Floyd and Springsteen in my top five. Growing older did not lessen your songwriting as you managed to get better as you got older and stayed at the top. Thanks Nick, Warren , Blixa, Mick and all the Bad Seeds.

I saw the movie yesterday and I remember in combination with this music: "they see us before we see them. We are being watched. We are being watched." It was synchronysed in german so I can´t recall it exactly, but it was a very honest moment in this film. I feel the world is endless when I see the beauty trough the eyes of the regisseur and the two explorers. But I see it myself when I walk beside the river and in the forest of my little village.

Exquisite, exceptional, exactly what fans expect from these musical icons. I was especially moved by the images, apparitions- the "invisible animal world we don't think of because we can't see it from our "breakfast table vantage point" - animalistic, inherent animalism? -- how sand and snow, two opposites were captured! by wind. "Ghosts of what was and what will be"? Thank you Nick, Warren and Crew responsible for thought provoking, beauty, creatures that can teach us if only we'd let them- a gentle nudge to ACT on climate change before it IS too late...Namaste Z.
