I’m jealous of nicks freedom to explode on stage with the urgency of a mad preacher and fire out these words and expressions and mannerisms. Songs like these are such a release. I wish I had this freedom. I wish I could go into a manic frenzy and capture people’s attention with my urgency and give them something worth hearing.

Most musicians can only dream of writing and performing a piece of music this powerful. This is a pure tour de force, it's always been one of my favourite songs by Nick and The Seeds and every time I watch this clip I'm reminded of how powerful a performance it truly is.

Playing this over and over while I grieve for my little sister who just passed...it's the only song that feels like medicine 💕💜🙏

My deepest condolences ((From far away, Israel) It is so sad to lose someone very close. Undoubtedly this is a powerful song.

The poetry of this and Cave’s delivery is unbelievable

I could see Nick as an old testament preacher, riveting the congregation with his intensity. Even the purest would leave church feeling like an evil sinner.

This is the first time I'm listening to this song. Wow, what intensity! I have goosebumps, it's an incredible experience! Thanks Nick Cave!

God I love this song so freaking much, one of my favorites to hear live! The way it just builds and builds, and get's more and more intense... And when it ends it leaves you feeling almost drained, like coming down from a high. Freaking brilliant.

Others had Mozart, others Elvis or Beatles or Rolling Stones, we have NC and the Bad Seeds

Such a unique and powerful song. I might have listened to it a thousand times and still feels haunting and captivating like the first time.

Hands down best band on the planet.

Just sensational. Unbelievably powerful.

So few smartphones..so much respect for the Artist in the audience body language.

Had the chance to see him live in concert (Chicago). The most intense concert I’ve ever attended!!

I just discovered this guy, such an amazing musician.

Fantastic crowd. Europeans get true artistic endeavors more than we Americans. This dude should have been a household name in America for the last 30 year's, just like killing joke

Eric Pirillo In all due respect to us Americans, Europeans blow us away when it comes to musical taste. They have for years. Nick comes on an American tour and maybe hits 12-15 cities. I am 59 years old. I can’t ever remember him touring my hometown of Cleveland. I had to travel to Chicago to see him live back in 2010. We definitely don’t have the adventurous taste in music that Europe has. Couldn’t agree more. Just bloviated too long

Never seen a more visceral reaction to music as when I put a Nick Cave cd on in the car with my wife. She absolutely hated it. Her loss

@Nick cave Hahaha that's a sort of fan fiction I've never encountered before. Or are you catfishing for some nekkid pics? I don't imagine that would work pretty well, Nick Cave fans are probably mostly adults with some critical thinking skills and a life of their own.

I was at the O2 in London, it was a captivating show. Unbelievably good.

Was fortunate enough to see him in a smaller venue in Stockholm.Was the tour for Dig Lazarus. Sheer magic!

I wish they would release a Blu-Ray of every single show he does. He is one of the best performers I've ever seen. His last tour in the USA - the shows were amazing. There is something that feels, almost religious about many of his newer works...just spectacular.

I saw it in Newquay, UK. There was 12 people in the whole cinema as this town isn't exactly Cave territory. It was kind of nice to be in a room sharing it with a handful of local misfits.
