The bit of the 750 arrived yesterday that nobody's ever seems to talk about whether you are happy for them to come or not is 750 arrive with no where to stay & the Gvt has to find somewhere to put them. Tomorrow there is any 750 or what ever the no is. Hence they are put in hotels. The Gvt isnt processing them because if they were then they would be banging on about how many they have processed. From a purely logistical stand point then something needs doing. Process them in Calais. Anyone then arriving via Boat gets returned to Calais for processing. Also there's a difference between a refugee & a Migrant. All those with a visa are expected to find their own accommodation & NOT the Gvt. Just process them in Calais. Any that dont qualify for Refuge status then effectively its upto the french that deal with them. Labour were removing 60,000 a yr that didn't qualify last time they were in Gvt. If U processed these ppl then it wouldn't be a problem. Nick said to house both the refugees & the homeless.. Where? We have a housing shortage for the last 35 yrs.
