One of the skincare industry's golden starchild comes in the form of niacinamide, or vitamin B3! Because we love this ingredient we thought we'd also give love to another vitamin B ingredient, commonly known as panthenol (Vit B5). These subtle but powerful ingredients really can do it all, like reduce hyperpigmentation while brightening the overall complexion, even out skin tones, reduce sebum filled large pores and even strengthen the skin barrier! What else do we want right?! Find out how we use it in a routine, why you may not react so well with it, and which products we loooove! Leave us your faves below and don't forget, it always starts from within 😊- BW
Thank you for Paula's Choice for sponsoring a portion of this video. If you haven't noticed, their products are our jaaammm, so obviously all opinions are completely our own! 💗

I have a new the Ordinary Alpha Arbutin serum sitting on my skincare shelf. I’d like to see them discuss it too.
Now I finally understand why since I've been using niacinamide my skin have been glowing ! Thank you
Hello I'm from France, just discovered your channel and love your videos, I have acne prone skin and watching your videos it's just an inspiration because of your advices and your skin studies. Love it and thank you :)
This KZread channel is the reason how I discovered niacinamide from the first video. I bought the ordinary Niacinamide first bottle. It's the only ingredient that changes my pore size and oily skin for good. Now it's part of my staples in skincare. ❤️
I really love all of the videos. You all tackle the mechanism of actions of everything. Your videos are all very informative. And also the graphics were really amazing!!!! ✨✨✨✨
I love these spring looks!
Can vouch for the La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm It doesn't go on too smoothly but once it sinks in, your pores look minimal
I really enjoyed this episode and your approach to evidence-based information!
This video really saved my skin, the ingredient mash-up they are recommending are spot on! I was struggling so much with dry skin, wrinkles from sun-damage and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation even though I was using so many luxury skincare (SK-II, Sulwhasoo). I decided to switch to The Ordinary (Lactic Acid), COSRX (AHA & BHA) and La Roche-Posay (Vit B5 and C) and my skin has never been clearer, softer and smoother! My face was glowing to the moon and back and my friends were even asking which skin tint I was wearing. That was when I knew I've hit the jackpot for my skincare routine!
I love these ingredients video from Beauty Within! Yay
You guys are so funny I love it and appreciate it! Nice bonus to the information!

FYI, The Ordinary’s website says you should not mix their Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% with Vitamin C!
@moorie6903
4 жыл бұрын
Marissa DeFalco you just shouldn’t mix it with vitamin C TO maybe because of their formula
@faezadys

Pure vitC yes, derivatives still can
@blueicylilac967
4 жыл бұрын
The paula choice one is another derivative from vit c, not the ascorbic acid one. So, it could react differently. And the main reason why it's cannot be used tgt is niacinamide works better in ph lvl: 6, while the vit c is in ph level:3-4. So it may not works effectively

The cerave PM is one of my favorites. My skin type changes throughout the seasons and it works during all of them. I love most if the cerave products fir the skin barrier reason. Can't wait for that PC 20% Niacinamide serum to be available on the Australian website 😍
I use the Ordinary niacinamide solution on the sides of my face and chin. I'm about 3-4 weeks I have definitely noticed reduced hyper pigmentation, it's slowly turning lighter and lighter pink and I'm so happy. I can't use it on the apples on my cheeks tho, that skin is super weird and sensitive and the niacinamide burns like fire there...

Hello girls ❤️ happy to see you again :) I’m 23, never ever used niacinamide only in face creams (like cerave facial moisturizer) which contains just a little bit of it. How can I start using it? For example how long should i use the 5%,10% until i can use the 10%,20% of niac. ? I have dry skin, with some hormonal acnes. I have also a benzol peroxide cream, but i am afraid to use it please help, thank you ❤️😘🙏
Hi felicia and Rowena. Am new subscriber here, really loved ur videos. Can u tell how often or is ut always we need to use the niacinamide?? Am new in skincare, so wanna know how to properly use the niacinamide, vit.C hyaluronic and retinol serums. Thanks for the reply😊😊😊
Can you ladies please discuss what ingredients make the differences between AM and PM moisturizers? Do you recommend using two different moisturizers? And is it okay to use a night moisturizer in the morning with spf of course?
I love how I am just taking care of my fitness. And my skin but as soon as quarintine si over ummi don't think any of this will last 😂😂😂 who else can relate

I needed this video
Rewatching beauty within videos during quarantine and niacinamide is the only thing that has worked for me I’m using azaelic acid as well and I am purging because I’m using it consistently for the first time as well as acid exfoliates but I am gonna see it through and hope for the best because I’m tired of using duac every night because it just dries things out and causes more oil to be produced all over especially my nose like it’s proper droplets
Niacinamide helped minimize my pores and help smooth the skin. You continuously have to use it to keep the benefits. I tried ordering more niacinamide but they're sold out. I guess ppl are finally realizing the importance of skincare and beauty from within. 。◕‿◕。
Hi ! I'm addicted to Niacinamide, I used to pat my skin on toilet paper like every 3 hours at work people I would be incredibly oily, and now I'm oil free without having flaky skin youhouuu ! I would love a video about Niacinamide for hair in shampoos and stuffs, to help reduce sebum production on the scalp ! I'm completely lost between all the products but I would love to have your opinion and product recommandations :)

I love these two ingredients!! Niacinamide at 5% really helps the texture of my skin & pores as well as brightening and panthenol was a HUGE factor in healing my damaged skin barrier!! Hello! Great video! I recently bought a gua sha tool, rosehip oil and niacinamide as well as other The Ordinary products. I want to incorporate gua sha into my weekly routine, maybe every other day. Is it better to use niacinamide first then the rosehip oil + gua sha or the other way around? I wanted to use rosehip oil because I heard that it's easier for the gua sha tool to glide when aided by an oil. Thank you!

I have a serious question regarding body skin! I'm fine with following up on my skincare for the face but all these benefits of all these vitamins for skin are amazing but what do you do if your skin on the body is really bad. Like I have rheumatoid arthritis and since I've had that, I've not been able to take care of my body skin as much and I have dermatitis neglecta now, discoloration in my body skin and wrinkled areas. How can I find products that are more in quantity with all these benefits you tell us for the face skincare. Would really appreciate the advice, really struggling, embarrassed and very concious to show myself to my partner now. PLEASSEEE HELP!!
