洋蔥,蒜蓉爆香加入咖哩粉及薯仔
烹煮至熟透
加入牛肉碎
收汁至較乾及全熟(試味後再調整甜咸及辣度)
放涼備用

Ingredients:
1/4 onion
2 pieces minced garlic
1/4 potato (half palm size)
Curry powder 10g
water 200g
Add all the seasonings to the minced beef and mix well. Set aside
Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant, add curry powder and potatoes
Cook until cooked through
Add ground beef
Reduce the juice until dry and fully cooked (test the taste before adjusting the sweetness, saltiness and spiciness)
Let cool and set aside
