I know, saw that we were still leading with less than 3 minutes left in regulation time....decided to listen on the radio the rest of the game. Then Sid "the grown up Kid" scored with 28.2 seconds left on the clock. Why did I turn the radio on? Jinxed them but no, we won it in overtime!!! GG Canucks!!!

I'm especially loving his fatigue management for this horrendous road trip. He's doing a great job of rotated the players in and out of the lineup to keep everyone as fresh as humanly possible, though the Canucks had an uncharacteristic breakdown late in the 3rd, I'll chock it up to them starting to show signs of the inevitable fatigue.

The beat goes on for the Vancouver Canucks as they see their win streak climb to 4 games on this current road trip...The Lotto line was at it again with EP40 racking up 4 points [including scoring the overtime winner,] while J.T. Miller adds 3 assists & Boeser responds with a pair of goals...Demko was brilliant in the 3rd period making some fantastic saves, including robbing Crosby all alone in front of the net at point blank range...If the Canucks can win the final two games of this road trip against the Sabres & Blue Jackets, it will go down as one of their best east coast road trips in the teams history...

Hronek is all that. hands, eyes, IQ and that pass to Pettey could be classed as a precision weapon. Demko was otherworldly when the 'Nucks got sloppy and the scoring was lethal. They got taken to OT but still managed a win and they look like they're having fun. Great game to both teams.

Great win boys! Hope the Canucks can keep on rolling! One of the most exciting teams in the NHL these days!

Great game. Man I have to give it to Crosby even at 36 he still caught up to Pettersson no problem on that last breakaway, the guy's got wheels. Great composer from Pettersson to get that last goal with Sid right on him like that.

That line is unstoppable! Elias is unstoppable! Great assist on the first goal, great game winner. The Canucks have been truly transformed in such a short timeperiod and with essentially only the same players. And what a stud Crosby is, staying truly elite for so long is so impressive!

Demko stood on his head late in the 3rd. And basically from the 2nd period and on

Canucks have the team depth, skill, leadership, and discipline now to withstand the talent of a good team poor officiating. Crosby, one of my favourite players I was shocked at how many dives he took, the amount of Penguins slashing not called. Congrats Nucks!

So far so good, we’ve got a long way to go to prove we can contend for the cup. Great effort tonight, the boys killed it!!!! Pettersson needs to get paid ASAP.

I was losing my mind at the non-calls on Pittsburgh, especially after Crosby drew a penalty by tripping over the post. Note how just before Pettersson scored in OT, Malkin comes onto the ice, nobody comes off, so he goes back off...no indication of a too-many-men.
