If you're not noticing make it snappy its probably because you are taking mostly wrist shots (you have your right stick to the forehand or backhand when shooting), it only works on snap shots (just up on the right stick, no forehand or backhand) and it's about as effective as cc this year.

You can hold your stick out to the forehand, let it reset the the center position and flick up as well. Mostly the same thing but you can change the angle up a bit .

I love reverse hitting its even better because players get scared to come hit you after you lay them out few times

I'm really hoping that the patch's goalie changes will make the particular goalie stats and abilities actually matter now.

Shoves are part of hockey… what isn’t is the “shove” from a Truculance player that knocks them to the ice… that’s interference.

You are 100% right. However, kids who you outplay the entire game then they come back with a bunch of cross creases are the biggest scums of the earth and I love the uncalled interference

Either way I think it has a place in the game, just not letting the Truculance trait knock em down would make it ideal. It’s necessary to have a counter to the Cc - which I use when in need cause again, it’s a really good hockey play to force when desperate

Heatseeker actually seems to do something this year, it even makes that shotgun sound that cc makes. Maybe it's just the sound... but it does seem like the shots are harder/faster.

If their on diff lines maybe use two silver, if they’re both on same line I’d just juice one guy

They need to put born leader on d man

I am starting to understand reverse hits more I went back to skill stick I use it more. Just press x when it’s gonna be straight on hit.

Shock and awe is so underrated. Taylor Heise and Auston Matthews base are sick with the silver version

Elite Edges and unstoppable are probably the 2 best and stick em up. Puck on a string is A tier to me. I only play online vs. but Tage is just OP at moving the goalie.

Div 1 player and top 100 HC: I think the two things i disagree with are seeing eye and stick em up (partially). Seeing eye on quinn hughes has been elite when walking up the slot and shooting far side. I notice goalies getting cut off guard so much that i find it useful for OFD. Stick em up i agree that its not worth it if your team has truculence active BUT for the PK ive noticed nico Hischier is unreplaceable at this point in the game with quickdraw and stick em up. For defense its becoming more and more useful as people are getting better at reverse hits, a lot of the time poke checks are beneficial, especially on cards with speed and high discipline.

Post patch talk please, personally I feel game play more like last year.

Have one timers not been going in for you this year? I find that ripping one timers from anywhere will result in a goal or at least chaos in the crease most of the time

Like the ovi one time from the circle has a chance this year but it’s still not reliable. With one T though you get an outcome that’s much more similar to real life.
