Idk if you know this but the x factors are worthless, you can go to edit player and remove/ add every x factor for Every player in the game, you can go remove all x factors from Crosby and give radio gudas 5 offensive ones and he'll put up good points. It's broke and x factors just needs to be removed in general

If you want to tank and have a really bad season all you have to do is hire a really bad head coach. Your individual player stats will suffer, but that’s what happens when you’re a bad team. The coach has way too much influence on the sim and a good coach very often makes a really bad team sneak into the playoffs.

Every team goes into each game with the mindset to win, but the Sharks have never been fans of that common mentality. Instead they enter every game hoping to lose. It's a different strategy for sure, but it's paying off for them.
