@ JFSpringer- As I said, not everybody can give rating on Sarm Bo Gin,you can see -float, sink, swallow & spit are good in the playing. When clasp the fingers, the Internal powers are generated through the whole body, arms,waist,shoulders,hips and feet are matched each other, his body is balanced. If no root, can not balance and play such a good performance. Please don't give any comments if you are not qualify to understand. SBG is mantis's foundation training, build up power before fighting.

Not everybody can give rating on Saam Bo Gin, I haven't seen him for playing it almost 30 years,but based on the o4 youtube video,I rating you 9.5 close to full mark. Keep continue Si Hing , have a nice day.

@ronho2007 you are chinese Ron you should respect Ng Si Kay he taught your Sifu and the Gwai Lo you say sucked in to would suprise you if you touched his hand. Remember who his teacher is.
