Fadel Mosawi​​ Dribbling doesn't mean to take-on players just for the sake of it. He has made some outrageous runs down the left flank but where is the end product? Doesn't release the ball at the right time and gets dispossessed very often. Neymar is a great dribbler, definitely top 3, but he is a winger and therefore he gets a lot of space to do so. On the other hand, Messi plays in the mid, in the sea of defenders and midfielders. Much more difficult to dribble from there. Despite that he produces some magical dribbles and also very effective ones --- that actually have an end result unlike Neymar's. So yea. Neymar is not even near Messi in terms of dribbling and creating space. All you need is a good pair of eyes and some basic understanding of football to realize that.

Neymar isn't a better dribbler Than Messi. It only seems so because he attempts more dribbles but he also loses the ball a lot more. If compare Neymar's successful dribbles and ball losses to Messi's, Messi is a lot better. He's definitely the best skiller in the world though
