I have always liked Fai. 1st hero i ever played around with.

I completely agree that Spreading Flame is starting to feel worse and worse. I dropped the Nasty Surprise for Warmongers because my meta is full of Azalea. I trimmed the Kodachi plan to try out Fighting Spirts and Bastions as poppers rather than CNC.

I still can’t believe we haven’t gotten any new pure draconic or draconic ninja cards since Uprising’s release

Really unsure about Kodachis. Sure you make your Illusionist matchup better. At the same time your Ranger & Assassin matchup gets worse. I dont think the tradeoff is really worth it. I would actually sidebout out Kodachis all together and go with a pure Emberblade list. I like your idea with Spreading Flames. I would think this should be more of a lategame tech when you attack with your blue Go again cards to get the most out of it. Also I think 1-2 Salt the wounds is important too. Its too easy for the opponent to ignore your damage if you cant threaten StW if he no blocks. I also removed the Nasty Surprise cards for Rowdy Locals. Also a nice chain ender where, if you have enough draconic links beforehand, you can grab your phoenix flame in response of it hitting and discard it again for the opponent to have to discard.

@@DiceCommando thats not true. I do like the draconic headjabs a lot xD I think everyone has his own ideas. As long as it works its cool. Also so far i have played more blue 3 blocks but I do like your idea of more draconic blue Starters and will incorporate that in my Deck.

Have you tried a full fatigue Fai? Being able to bring back an attack every turn seems like it lends itself to a fatigue plan. Not efficient by any means lol

Why Fai. I'm a newer player and my take away is while Fai may not be in the best position in the meta. He still holds a strong philosophy in the game, I believe James white said he was the first character designed for the game when drafting up FaB. His playstyle is simple aggro. While it's not super complex he's a bridge for new players to learn the game effectively.
