We have first hand experience with their after hours customer service. Our Newell is 25 years old and the air brake system was not doing its job. Made a call on a Sunday afternoon and within 5 minutes there was a callback from Newell and a fix that got us safely back on the road. We enjoyed our factory tour of Newell and getting to see original material that was used on our bus when it was made, they still have everything for our bus in their records. Love it!

Andrew this is truly one to the Best video's you have put out. The amount of knowledge that this Gentleman has and what he has brought to the Recreational Vehicle industry is priceless. This Company is at the top of the food chain to say the least. He is right most converters start off with a Prevost shell and There are limits to those, not to say Newell does not have limits but its a larger canvas per say in reference to a pre made chases. I Never really knew what the big deal was with Newell until i started to follow and watch your yourtube. You have the ability to bring the Heads of company's into our view and share their wisdom and knowledge giving us a look at how they make such an incredible piece of art. Thank you for providing great entertainment and knowledge, I truly like what you do. I hope you have a great day as well.

It's always great to talk to the owners/President/CEO, etc... about their product. They are just like any other guy. I was at an RV show and I was in a coach somewhat complaining about Dick Gore RV dealer (now known as Campers Inn) and after I expressed my concerned, I ask the salesman who can fix the problem.... the salesman pointed behind me and said... talk to the big guy.. Mr Gore. The owner of the company was standing behind me the entire time listening to what I had to say. He was great to talk too and was going to check on my issue.

Good morning Andrew. Having viewed a significant portion of your videos, I can tell you this is truly one of the very best. That said, on several levels. Great questions, amazing answers, and exceptionally genuine. The entire focus was on him. Thank you for your efforts. It is much appreciated. Also, thank you for turning me on to stapleton42. Mitchell is awesome! I love the mix of coach and Cadillac. Thanks again. 😊

Excellent Andrew. You keep taking your channel to good places. As a viewer, I drink-up this content. Coaches are my favorite, but the episode with the classic RVs? Well, I had to watch that several times over. Loving the Newell story along with that of these gentlemen.

I agree with what some else said Audio needs to be upgraded. Need to "Mike Up " on interview like this one yes. Probably worth the investment for a mic set up. Other than that spot on. Great question on the 15 year Newell vs a Production coach I have been wondering that one for a long time. Plus the customer service things is way above and beyond wow.

Again, Andrew, this is one of the top videos you have published. The team at Newell does not produce a ton of videos, so this was an important one. I suspect that you have a few more up your sleeve from your brief stay in Miami, OK. As a huge fan of the Newell product, any content I can get to help me make a decision is extremely valuable. It was very interesting to hear about the level of service commitment they provide to older coaches. Don't forget to talk about their 24 months, unlimited mile warranty for a new coach. I always looked at the premium production coaches and figured that with either 12 or 24 months, if there was a mileage limit, just a few trips back to Elkhart to get factory service would eat that up in a heartbeat.

I loved how the video led with a discussion about Streamline. Our good friends own a Streamline Travel Home. It's beautiful; aluminum inside and out. They are restoring it, and only about 6 of their layout were ever made. If you're ever in Washington State, let me know and I'm sure I could coordinate a tour for you. Great video Andrew. Really love the work you're doing.

Terrific video. Ranks one of the best to me. Thank you Andrew, Karl and Grant. Wow, interesting, it is Karl's daughter and Grant's wife that is one of the talents with the interiors. I look forward to owning and polishing a piece of this history. Especially joining this Newell family and their service attitude. Always have a great day!

I am not yet able to purchase such a great vehicle but look forward to the day that I can. Thank you for all of your help with these videos as I've been watching them gaining more and more interest into buying the correct motor home from myself and family.

Wow..these stories are treasures...to learn the history...and never get too holier than thou and learn learn learn (you do that so well)...we all are climbing rungs as we can that fit us..and there is so much you never stop learning...great videos Andrew Steele. Learning so many different angles...dad was surprised on our drive how many I knew..lol...watching different channels and yours gives us the history. It really helps to learn about the depth of the fancy ones..new or used and updated or not. Wow....my grandfather won a Model T way back and took it to Yellowstone park and they built a still (no legal booze prohibition) in it and the bears crashed through the roof and wrecked the car...the President is wonderful...so much history. The newer one with great shower and stone type tile seat as first full bath with the half bath in very back with closet I thought was neat because if i remember right...the bathroom was not a walk through hall, it curved and had walls...xo.

Awesome I Love Newell even more than Prevost cause you get to design it with them, how cool is that,, Thanks Andrew! Still wondering when an rv company is gonna put in a rear Window? Im talking a round or Moon - Sun shaped window? Blows my mind Why they havent yet?. Also Andrew Why not a Salt water Fish tank see thru in a Million dollar RV? The plumbing of the Salt water tank would be Perfect! I had 5 salt water tanks in my home it would work & would be So Sick even as a Shower wall or Room divider.!, lastly Why hasnt Prevost or Newell done Full wall slides? Great Job buddy Hope u ask & answer these Questions as im gonna be buying a Newell or 50/50 Prevost 3 slide within 2 yrs, yes ill be hiring you to verify Quality 💯👍🏻🙏🏻💥

I HOPE the company maintains this integrity in the years ahead after he totally passes the torch! Time will tell! I'm am not holding my breath as most, if not all, make an inferior product to make more profit. I HOPE Newell is not one of them!
