i'd recommend against using teflon tape for the body screws, just throw some loctite/permatex blue on them instead. teflon tends to put alot of tension as opposed to traditional loctite and those small screws are already fragile enough. also if you don't want to mess with the zen pin screws u can remove all the screws and ur tolerances should still be perfect, the body screws and pivots clamp down on the scales, liners, spacers enough that they wont move around even without the zen screws.

I’ve always wanted a Replicant but the 30 screws and all the tinkering I’ve seen other people do with these things turned me off so I just ordered a Orion V1.5 instead. Lol, already have a few AS Krakens.

yea and unlike the krakens you can't get away with just not tinkering with it.

I actually made a mistake of over tightening a zen pin screw... I had to wait for a friend to get a rep so I would have a spare zen pin... My rep can function without screws I guess

lol figures doesn't it. Kolisong is hooking me up with some spare hardware since i already burned through my 3 spare spacer screws.

I dont get lucky with bushing either. So I had to tune 4 krakens, 3 reps (1 wasnt good at the end), 2 nauts (1 wasnt that good), 1 tsunami, 1 squidtrainer and 1 cygnus clone.

My rep's bushing is literaly stuck on the pivot so I cant tune it further. At least its tune is perfect
