I think a lot of veteran flippers forget what it's like to be brand new at something or thinking about getting into something which is natural for any hobby. I will be collecting basic tips and common mistakes people might make from one newbie to other newbies. The goal is to help new people trying to get into the hobby who feel lost like i did when i started. My production sucks and will always suck and i don't care.
