Girlllll, buckle up, because this is only the tip of the iceberg for V's soulful, sultry voice and "bedroom eyes". Yes, his whole album is like this, and so are pretty much all of his solo songs, even the ones within BTS. His taste in music is super eclectic, but he REALLY vibes with jazz and old school R&B. Every member of BTS is amazing, but Taehyung (V) has my heart musically.

V Layover album is my favorite of all the members' solo work. It's one that I can put on and immediately feel relaxed and calm. He has such an old soul, and his voice is warm and comforting. 💜

V is an old soul and he is the only person in Kpop doing this type of music. He is heavily influenced by jazz, neo-soul and R&B. If you liked Slow Dancing, I recommend checking out the MV. The original instrument for the 2nd half is a flute, not saxophone.

V is such a happy gentle soul who just loves and appreciates Jazz. He made sure to give room for the soloists to be featured. He featured his absolutely adorable Pomeranian Yeontan in the MVs and the artwork even bring him on stage at one point. His honey voice just lowers my stress. So glad to see you enjoy this laid back performance. Have a great Thanksgiving weekend!

If you include *everything* - solos, collabs, units, remixes (though I don't really count remixes, personally), and all - they have around 1,000 songs, actually. Even their songs for commercials are usually amazing (I am SERIOUSLY - oddly - addicted to "Ioniq: I'm on It" - it's from a Hyundai...yep, the vehicle...commercial)..and because they're BTS, they go all in. Often doing at least a full 2 to 2 1/2 minute song, not "just" a 5 or 10 second sound bite.

Yeah, he is translating the English words "slow dancing" for his Korean listeners who might not know any English. He is a sweetie! Korean is one of the hardest languages to learn & they have an equally challenging time learning English!! I have been studying for over 2 years with terrible success.

Oh yeah V is my favorite!! I really appreciate you're reaction thank you. May I suggest Taehyung or as he's also known as V "Stigma" live of course for his outstanding vocal range. And also please enjoy watching his live performance of "Singularity" I love his voice. When he performs with the group BTS his expressions and his dance moves are fire also.

BTS’ 7 members all released solo music over the last year and a half as they are all about to complete their mandatory military service. So each of them has individual music out on top of their group work. 3 of the members are already enlisted and it was announced yesterday at that other 4 are about to go on as well. They are going to be missed but there’s plenty of music as well as their own self produced tv shows. So, there is A LOT of content including live concerts and performances that can be found on YT. Ahhh. So glad you discovered our Kim Tae Hyung aka V of BTS. He is such a pure and sweet soul. Tae loves jazz and R&B but he can also turn on the charisma as V his alter ego. Check out his MVs which he made for each song on the album. He also did a bunch of live performances. If you loved Layover check out his live performances of his songs Singularity and Stigma as a part of his work with BTS. V is known for his visuals. He is routinely named the most handsome man in the world. His stage presence and facial expressions are studied by all new trainees and new performers in KPop. He is the standard. As you may know our guys are heading into military service for 18 months. You will find plenty of their content to enjoy in the meantime. Definitely check out the guide by Taylor. So glad you enjoy V's style of music. Not everyone does since not everyone likes slow rnb or jazz. He's a real sweetheart and kinda an old soul. He stopped putting up with crap though, as he got older so he has his fair share of haters that don't like him putting them in their place.

I seriously don't understand those people like I fight with them on daily basis bcs THEY'RE just too obsessed with him 🫠 i do try my best not to get into negativity but everytime I open tw I see them dragging him for no reason

bts do all genres including r&b but V loves r&b the most. i suggest continuing going through the members solo then doing the group. for group songs i suggest rain lyrics, paradise lyrics, ma city lyrics, butterfly lyrics and spring day music video bts write and produce majority of their music and when they dont write a song theyre the ones choosing the song/making many decisions about which songs, writers, producers etc they want and have all control to turn it down or change things if they want to. example their song dynamite was in english and they attempted to write korean lyrics but liked the original better so they kept it english. same for jungkooks album its all english songs he hand picked what songs fit him best or fit the story he wanted to tell. bts have been a group for 10 years. theyre serving in military which is mandatory before each one left they released a solo album the last one to release a album is Jin when he gets out of military however he released a song called the astronaut before he enlisted and all of bts members have many solo music even before these solo albums. they have full creative freedom to be in the group and still have solo careers even have solo songs on their bts albums. theyre such sweet, humble, talented men. lately bts members have been touching on love songs in their solo music about actual relationships but previously many songs that seemed like love songs were much deeper they do have many relationship songs as a group but many more are deeper than that example spring day seems like a love song until you dive into the true meaning and find out how they almost got blacklisted due to showing support to the victims of a tragedy which the government was trying to burry. once you get to spring day please react to what you still dont know about bts spring day by italian army as well as (s e w o l) by rotten mango to truly understand the meaning behind the song/music video this is also not a theory but confirmed by the victims families that the song is about the tragedy and bts visited them and donated to them before bts were even as famous as they are now so they didnt have much income yet and they were risking their careers as a lot of censorship was happening at the time. bts started as underdogs at a almost bankrupt label and the industry tried very hard to blackball them so they wouldnt gain success because bts and their label would end up making so many positive changes to the industry and the big labels in power didnt like that and still dont. as you dive deeper youll understand what im talking about. sorry for such a long comment :)

When you get to Suga (one of the rappers of BTS), he goes by "Agust-D" for his solo works. I think you'd enjoy his song "Snooze"😊 For JHope (another rapper of BTS), you would probably like his song "Piece of Piece" For RM, the leader of BTS and the main rapper, I think you'd like his song " Wildflower" or "Still Life". Still Life is a collab with Anderson Paak of Silk Sonic. For Jimin, a live version of his song "Like Crazy". He's amazing. For Jin, he is the oldest member of BTS and had to enlist before he could release his solo album. He'll probably do that once he's discharged. But, I think you'll enjoy the 'goodbye' song he did for ARMY before his enlistment called "The Astronaut".

V -- the king of slaying people with looks, lol. He often carries the low notes in group vocals, so hearing him keep it high is so amazing. He's also an actor and plays the sax himself. :)

He kept everything about his album so personal and fan interaction based like i loved everything about his solo debut it was like he's doing everything for us😭💜

To let you know, 80%of S. Korea is Christian .(2019 stats) They converted from Confucianism during the fall of the last dynasty. Many were slaves and commoners at that time. (The government was even killing people who got baptized.) So many took a last name of royalty. (because they didn't have a last name) Like Park and Kim (that is put in front of their names ) Sua's name is actually from royal descent..... "Min"......and you can tell by his words of comfort. Hello and welcome to BTS it seems you just stumble onto my favorite k-pop group. V being my bias recker and Jimin the bias as he was the person who pulled me into BTS. Am 62yrs old and have been blessed to attend several of their concerts live and on line and must say they are worth every dime I have spent. All the boys have solo projects that they have done. You should check out their albums Jimin has his own album as well what you saw was his collaboration with Taehung a member from the group Big Bang which is also a good group to checkout. You should also watch Taylor’s documentary of BTS which is well done and gives great insight to the boys and about each member. If your looking for other music and want to see more that’s out there check out Dimash as well girl he will have you with goose bumps this young men is from another world. Thank you for checking out BTS their music is so meaningful and encouraging. Just to share with you they help me with my decision to retire from my job of 40yrs and I must say I haven’t had a minuet of regret. Moving towards my tomorrow has been a beautiful and exciting adventure.

All of BTS are talented and sincere to their fans, but V has this unique sweetness to him. He also has a unique way of thinking and putting words together. Bts have great respect for black culture and black artists. Rm and Sugas biggest inspirations being Nas, Snoop, Kanye, ASAP, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar ect. J hope’s biggest influence is j Cole and they even have a song together that came out earlier this year called “on the street”. They ALWAYS credit their influences in their music and show respect to the culture they got their love for music from. Kpop now doesn’t really appreciate black culture, they only want the “aesthetic” 🙄 well a lot of groups are like that but I don’t want to make a generalization because I know groups who are also very supportive and respect all kinds of people as well :) I promise you, that bts are one of the most if not the most genuine kind artists out there. They are also charitable, they usually do not publicize their donations but one of the few they have was 1 million dollars to the blm movement and they publicly showed their support for the movement. After army found out about the donation, they got together and matched bts’ 1 million dollar donation in less than 24 hours. They truly appreciate the culture and the people, they love all kinds of people and take time to show respect for the cultures. I love these 7 guys and they have helped me in so many ways. I’m truly so thankful for them 💜.

as a fellow R&B lover, trust me that you'll like BTS Home from The Tonight Show w/ Jimmy Fallon, and also Dimple&Pied Piper 4k live performance is a must-see for every Army especially female Army LoL :) not that those are the only ones, those are my personal faves :)

You must know that V has been consistently listed on many World's Most Handsome/Beautiful Men in the World for several years. This year he hit many lists (and Jungkook is right up there with him!). You should look up images of V and his photos for Celine. He is unnaturally divine! I can never decide if I like him blonde or dark hair! If you really want some jazz from him, you must see his recent 2 song video "Le Jazz de V". He covers a Christmas song and an old Fred Astaire/Ella Fitzgerald/Bing Crosby standard "Cheek to Cheek". It's truly amazing! V has always leaned towards liking jazz. Each member of BTS has their own leanings in music. But when they come together, it's incredible. For Jimin, the collab. video you saw with Taeyang (also note that "Taeyang" is a member of the older k-pop band "Big Bang". While you will see V's real name of "Taehyung" just to confuse you!) is not the best of Jimin's solo work. His album Face is awesome and made several top album lists for 2023. You should at least watch his "Like Crazy" MV and his "Set Me Free, Pt. 2" MV. They are ground-breaking. For the remaining members solo work this year (or from late 2022) here are my suggestions: RM (the leader/rapper) - His album Indigo - Watch "Wildflowers" and "Still Life" (feat. Anderson.Paak). Jin (vocalist) - He has not done an album so check out singles "The Astronaut", "Moon" and "Epiphany". J-Hope (rapper) - His album Jack in the Box - Watch "Arson" and " more" and his collab. with J-Cole "On the Street". Suga (AgustD for solos/rapper) - His album D-Day - But first watch his older single "Daechwita" because it's a prequel to his new one "Haegeum" (a haegeum is a traditional Korean music instrument but it symbolizes breaking free from tradition). Then watch "Amygdala" and "People Pt. 2". Jungkook (vocalist) - You must must go back and watch his epic concert performance at Wembley Stadium singing "Euphoria" where he sings and flies in front of 57,000 fans! Finally always turn on the subtitles when watching their videos. The lyrics are deep! Welcome to the Rabbit Hole! btw I'm a 56 yr old Army for just the last year and I love them!

One of the great things about BTS is they all have such different tastes (but they also love a lot of different tastes). For example, if you listen to some of the songs Jung Kook actually wrote, like “Still With You” (a song he wrote for Army), you will see a completely different side of him. You put these seven, precious young talented men together and you have magic. BTS is all over the map as far as genres, but for me, that’s one of their appeals. I’m 68 and absolutely LOVE ALL OF THEM and their music, including the pop of JK. I hope you continue down this rabbit hole. My grandma asked my mom what was she going to do with my bedroom eyes. I was 12 and had no clue what she meant😉 BTS has won awards in more than 115 countries. So you will have more than one country stopping by. And they really don't know or understand our negative thoughts that are actually positive sense of humor....... Saying "you fool" might come off wrong. Nothing wrong with it as you explained yourself, But people might click off the vid. All seven.
