While the first part is true this song isn't about it. This is an inner fight. Face is a concept album about his emotion during Covid. Alcohol played a role in coping but we know that he needs the stage and the isolation did not do him good. He cried at the online concert because of it: he needs people/Army to be there in person. He sets himself free from those negative emotion - he is his own worst critic, too - as he is the only one who can set himself free. I think the other dancers are his own "shadows" (the negative emotion in this case that threaten to pull him under) like the psychologist Carl Jung and BTS explained on "Map of the Soul". The poem of his fake tattoo: *I* *live* *my* *life* *in* *widening* *circles* by Rainer Maria Rilke English version by Anita Barrows and Joanna Macy Original Language German I live my life in widening circles that reach out across the world. I may not ever complete the last one, but I give myself to it. I circle around God, that primordial tower. I have been circling for thousands of years, and I still don't know: am I a falcon, a storm, or a great song? Personally I'd translate the last line with "a storm, or a great hymn?" because "Gesang" means more than song and here we notice the religious touch, too. But it is not that bad a translation either. The Falcon stands for power and intuition, the storm is in mythology a symbol for (great) changes & the "great song" is almost like a spiritual cleansing. The poem is about the finding of identity in your whole life and the search itself. 💜

Jimin is known by everyone in the Kpop industry as the sweetest person ever, and he's had so many people (i.e. other fandoms) drag on him for no reason. JHope (one of the rappers) is also known for being very friendly and kind to everyone. BTS are good men. 💜 I think you'll love the following solos for members you haven't seen yet. "I'm not really into rap." Yeah. . .neither was I. Enter BTS. Don't worry, RM, SUGA, and j-hope will change your mind too. When the rap is full of passionate, meaningful lyricism, phenomenal musicality, and crazy good production. . .you can't help but fall in love.

I'm enjoying your BTS journey so far. Some of my favorite things to watch on KZread is people discovering PTX and I've been enjoying people get Mitch slapped for a long time. I discovered BTS about a year ago and now enjoy folks discovering them just as much. These 7 men are most excellent human beings, super funny, extremely humble and ridiculously talented. 51 year old ARMY here to enjoy this journey with you.

This song and the album ‘face’ was about his struggles with depression during the pandemic in chronological order. It involves a “relationship” that he was in that he hadn’t confirmed but the songs hint to that. He said he started drinking to cope with the issues he was going through around that time and he just felt very alone. The members even said he was drinking too much but they stayed by his side and helped him get better. He dealt with a lot but he’s much happier and healthier now and I’m so glad :) That is why this song is sorta like an anthem because it comes last in the album and it’s him breaking away from his depressive self sabotaging self. He talked about how hard it was on him to not be able to perform during that time and it caused him to go into a depressive state. I’m just happy that he was able to make such meaningful music and be so open with his fans and that he’s much better now 💜

I have an eclectic taste in music, but rap was never something that appealed to me either until I listened to BTS and their rapline. I hope you'll get a chance to hear more of the BTS group songs as well as their individual songs. Each rapper, and vocalist for that matter, have their own unique qualities that are impressive alone, but really complement the group when they come together. 💜 There is a great medley of songs from different albums in their careers called 2021 Festa BTS Room Live. It's not too long and gives a fun sampling of their music and their group dynamics.

💜 55 years old. Have been a BTS fan (Army) since February 2018. I never really cared much for rap until BTS . Their songs have depth, meaning and messages for all ages. BTS helped me through my depression and anxiety issues and they continue to inspire and encourage me to believe in myself, learn from others and to try to be a positive influence on those around me in my personal and professional life.

This was. HUGE departure for Jimin and we ARMY were sooooo thrilled! It’s a really cool performance….but you really need to listen to Like Crazy a completely different vibe….and much more reminiscent of classic J8min’s unique voice!

Enjoying your journey a lot! Jimin lives to dance he’s poetry in motion when he really lets loose doing contemporary dance. I was only into a few rappers before BTS, most rappers content wasn’t my thing but theyr talent style and story telling abilities blow me away. Now love their style of rap. Songs like Hip Hop Lover (live or lyric video no MV) show off their talent.

Just so you know, if you play their official videos from the start, no skipping the label intro, it will not get banned. The label do not have issues with reactors, you are the ones spreading their reach, just do not skip those 3 seconds and everything will be fine. No need to distort image or sound at all. the only with distorting the sound is people who may be watching this for the time arent getting the musics true sound. so they may not want to see more. i get why people do it but there must be a better way then distorting the song. im not a content creator just an Army who thankfully knows what the real song sounds like lol. but ty for reacting. but ive seen reactors who didnt have to distort the song. they paused and spoke in between songs which is cool with army. we like that interaction.

They do tend to get deep. In their BTS songs their lyrics have meanings on several levels. Not sure how your set up is, but just making sure you know we only hear the vocal side of things (mono) not hearing much of the music side of anything. If it is something you can fix, I think it will help the channel grow. I'll be around anyway, kind of getting used to it, but it is frustrating because their music and vocals are both worth hearing. About to see your reaction to the Guide... that is how I found your channel and I am a sucker for watching that over and over again. Taylor did such a great job with it. Hope you do get into the rappers a bit as well. They are three of the best in the world fr! Up with Drake, J-Cole, Eminem without question. Their styles are different too. Based on your preferences you just mentioned, you will probably enjoy J-Hope the most of the three because he also switches to vocal sometimes and his vibe isn't as angry as the other two sometimes were. LOL. Still, they are all absolutely amazing and I think you are in for some fun. Thank you for being open minded enough to check them out. People can be so predjudiced and stereotypical against them. They worked hard to get where they are and they remain humble and precious. 💜
