You talk about 40% representation by Samoa, but when does a Samoan become a New Zealander? Do we say that there should be x % of English representation because we originally came from England in the 19th century? Serious question is a New Zealand born Samoan a Kiwi or a Samoan or a Kiwi of Samoan descent. Having said that there should be representation of Samoa or Samoan descent on the board.

The problem is, Pacific Islanders over there are not one...imagine if all the Pacific Islanders rally together and i mean the players and the PacificNesians people...itll be so beautiful to see...i recite in the US and ill support our people from USA...or maybe we'll have our people here rally for our Pacific Islanders Rugby players and around the world...and let the IRB know that we can see the racist in low key and all theyre BS...
