Such a different interview to last weeks Lol, Disagreed with Eliota in regards to colonisation etc. But 100% agreed with him on the 'Woke' crowd. I appreciate the different perspectives that Mandate put on display; it's really important to hear different voices so we as listeners can decide what we think for ourselves when coming to a conclusion on any given topic. I think that's the beauty of having these talanoa is that we may not agree with everything that is said but at the very least, it might help us reflect on what we believe and either consider a new perspective or solidify ones we already have. really enjoyed this podcast, finally a pod krew gets the Man Eliota on & finally someone of public status who is speakin out against certain issues that has rocked the world the past 2yrs or so. Thanks Eliota on speaking for our ppl esp those who choose not & choose to get the jab, as pro-choice with everything is how it should be. Unfortunately for most esp our pasefika peeps there is no middle ground, & good to know that 'woke' can be coined on either side of the fence. It really is all about love & acceptance, compassion at the end of the day as being judgemental & egoic is gonna fk it up lol, but that comes with learning/unlearning etc. Love to see another spiritual Brother openminded esp in a space so small in comparison to the majority.
