Great Job. Please tell me what is the model of slurry pump. Is it one hp pump or half hp pump.

What size breaker you running that compressor on and what gauge wire? How has it held up all this time?

Better be flexable with the foot pedal mounted that high on the cabinet.

I'm not sure on any of this questions except I know the system takes 25 lbs of glass bead. I ordered more glass bead today, and I will make a video soon showing how to remove all the media and refill the system.

Glass bead can get expensive and is inefficient if you're using it to strip. You might try dry or even vapor blasting with crushed glass or aluminum oxide first, and then put that sweet shiny finish on with glass bead. It'll save you some coin and a shit ton of time in the long run..Check out Arnolds Design here on you tube, he's REALLY thorough and his parts turn out sick!

The pump is a Tsurumi HS2.4S; semi-Vortex Submersible Trash Pump w/Agitator, 1/2hp, 115V, 2" Discharge The discharge is plumbed bidirectionally, one output directed down into the slurry pit to agitate the blast media and another output sized down for the slurry input to the gun

not very impressive two minutes for that little bit on the bottom

Agreed. Sandblaster would be more appropriate. Vapor blaster better for bringing original finish back to aluminum parts.

I know this is an old video but just wondering how the Vapor Blaster is doing or have u upgraded? I want one and their shop is only an hour and a half away. Been wanting one for years!!
