I like that the speed pinion is included and an honest speed claim 👍The long wheelbase must be helping at high speed, short course trucks usually have issues blowing over at 50+ mph

Yup, been there with SC, blow-overs, but there wasn’t an indication of that here. Just had to take it easy on start-up with the soft suspension. I was honestly just happy with the 3S stock gearing speed.

How much is the battery duration?

I can only imagine after adding some more cool custom wheels and tires how nice its gone look

You definitely need that to pull whatever cool drag car you have, get a nice LED light trailer, to attach to it, put your badass drag race mustang on the trailer and lets ride ...

My favorite musing is all the scale guys getting into this and putting all the scale accessories onto the body that are light duty and meant for TRX4s that go 13 mph tops. I just picture this thing pulling a scale OffRoad trailer doing 60mph and that trailer flying all over the place with the scale 1:10 rooftop tent and scale trail jacks with traction boards and Jerry cans just flying all over the place. LOL

Same here, kits are fun, but sometimes a well done RTR is an easy way to get right into bashing.

I could have sworn the stock Slash VXL only did 35 mph out of the box.

As long as the body post are a direct swap with a regular slash 4x4 I’ll just do that and the body

Not for me, buying 2

motor and gears still on rear axles. This is shit as it is similiar to Slash 4x4 and will eat all bearings on driveshaft and clutch over and over after some time of use. This will cause eating receiving gear as well. Traxxas does this to buy this plastic gear over and over. This is a faulty construction.
