    my Toyota Prius C/ Aqua hybrid (Sri Lanka) also easily reaches 24- 28 in long distance travel out of city. some times it achieved more than 30 km/L and even downhill once it reached 40 km/L. its not a sporty car and the key factor is how you maintain the RPM. usual range 50-75 km/H speed and even it works well with highways where you can drive constant speed.

    The problem about the rpm required in highways can be solved or may be will be solved by smart programs in the EC , say when you cruise through a higher rpm on a highway the generator (petrol engine) can adjust its rpm accorsingly inline with the power requirementa , but how far it will be economical in terms of maintainance cost we need to see Maruti needs to promise a higher warranty period to build confidence in this technology

    Nissan X-Trail is a series hybrid. As per the reviews from Australia, it gives a wonderful experience, but if we drive in full throttle, the power output reduces when battery is empty. Weight should be same as there will be no gearbox here. Battery should be a small one like 1 to 2 KWH. I'm waiting for hybrid cars to upgrade from ford freestyle.

    One other question ...will this type of structured cars is drivable in hilly areas..,? Because few mnth before I drove ertiga smart hybrid with full load to Ooty hills while driving I can feel the push is lagging and car was unable to push need to place on 1st gear all time for that push .. Whn i drive on 2nd gear it goes for while and again need to shift for a climb...so Don't knw these engine how it perform in those situations etc Better thy can start diesel hybrid like Toyota it wil be worthy ...

    Informative Vlog. Three Types of Hybtids Parallel Series Series parallel. Semi Hybrid in Ciaz is Parallel Series hybrid Upcoming cars Series Parallel in Grand Vitara. Government will reduce taxes environmental friendly and meets CAFE regulations 45 percent tax can be reduced to 40. And furthermore in future. But 5 percent EV is not going to be 2 percent rather there will be hike. Nissan Note Car is series hybrid technology brought in India as demo car, since less volume sale of Nissan could not succeed. Fortuner is planned in series parallel hybrid. Definitely good technology munching more miles without worrying about changing stations.

    I think 40kmpl can be added up by petrol+ electric series hybrid=30 kmpl can be solid Example 1 if u added up a 1lit fuel it will run the engine to charge the battery 2 the. Battery runs by auto cruise mode like locked speed around 30 - 40kmph That's why it is possible to make 30-40kmpl but Z12 engine will working on it we are from MS team I never heard about any launch

    Hello sir, iam from MS car service team I can explain with my knowledge to u 1 hybrid is lifetime support to the vehicle and maintenance will be on external kits 2 ICE is never used in cars they use VSI they never make pollution and if they gets heat they have separate line for cooling from AC unit 3 bus and lorry can't fit with this full hybrid they all with EV system cars can be supported both fuel+ electric 4 launch was never confirmed still they are working on it

    @@RAJKUMARRAJARATHNAMSUBRAMANIAN u will spend only for fuel and regular service cost BUT if u don't care ur vehicle then hybrid battery life is 1.60L kms only if u maintained ur car good it exceeds to 3.20L kms ❤️

    Great information sir, a small doubt how to calculate the efficiency for fuel energy to mechanical energy,mech energy to electrical energy, electrical energy to mechanical.but one basic theory, one energy is converted to another energy.while mean time energy is lost

Let me tell you..... 1 fuel to mechanical energy - fuel prices threw line and spray to injector on engine to run mechanical parts like piston connecting rods 2 mechanical energy transmit the power to hybrid generator to convert mech to electrical energy and save to battery 3 from the battery energy it sends to engine by high voltage lines controlled by ECM,VSI so it changes electric to mechanical again ❤️

    the big disadvantage is when the battery fails, you can not drive the car. but in Toyota hybrid cars, can drive the vehicle even without hybrid battery support. That's the beauty of Toyota.
