Catch and release derby on wild steelhead is a bad idea.

This derby was created to raise awareness of proper fish handling, maybe I could have explained that better. The fish will get caught and have pics taken regardless of the derby, at least this way participants have to read about proper fish handling practices. You get disqualified for taking the fish out of the water.
