Dude! You may want to check your main box that it come in if you ordered it online. Mine had them wrapped in the paper packing and I almost trashed them. How I found mine was that I broke the box down and then I put the paper packing in a green trashcan liner and that was when I discovered that there was stuff wrapped in the packing paper. That was how mine came not sure they did all of them like this.

Unfortunately, I just discovered what appears to be a hole in the power cord of my Shark Vertex. I don’t know for sure as it’s extremely tiny but I swear I saw orange copper sticking out. I also believe I had the vacuum cut off on me once when I pulled the cord by accident so unfortunately I have to call Shark. Not sure what they’ll be able to do but it is under warranty and hopefully they’ll be able to figure something out like they did with you. Thank goodness I caught this and didn’t try to use the vacuum cause I could’ve easily been shocked.

I’m going to ask a dumb question. How big is the bin? With Sharks while the been is on the vacuum, the bin looks fairly large until it’s taken off. The bins are deceiving look when they look like they have a lot of room for dirt, but aren’t doesn’t.

It's definitely bigger than my old Apex. They're always hard to tell because they're shaped very weirdly. I'd wager the Bin is slightly bigger than the Ball Animal 3, but I'll need to use it more to see how it fills up and how much space it really has for dirt

That’s a cool shark stratos vacuum. I wish I could have one to replace my upstairs vacuum, I can’t afford it right now. I’m hoping to own a shark stratos vacuum one day. Not sure if they sell the shark stratos vacuum in stores or i have to find it on shark’s website.

Shark has the Stratos AZ3000 on sale. Huge discount. It's $299. Just doesn't come with the steamer or pet brush but still a good deal

I thought you don’t like shark vacuums. Also it seems like a good vacuum just has the usual shark problems.

Very helpful video, but one thing I am sturggling with is the idea that you sent back a vaccum and I am being generous by saying a $300 dollar vaccuum and recieved back a over $500 dollar vaccuum in return when you were clearly negligent in running ovwr the cable. Then you try to blame the manufacturer for a defective product. My wife has used her Apex for over 5 years now and never once was in danger of being shocked. Then again her cable is intact. Now it all makes sense 😂 keep grifting

Where did you get the idea that I damaged the old shark? I never ran over the cord, the cord was still in the same condition as when I received the vacuum direct from shark. It was the power switch that shorted. The models with rocker switches frequently have defective switches, that's why you can sometimes see the arc of electricity underneath the switch. The flaw doesn't affect the Apex models since they have a different power switch that's on the handle instead of the pod. Accurately calling out a mamufacturer for a defective product isn't grifting.

I apologize when you were talking about the idiot label attached to the power cord was when you started talking about the previous vacuum going bad. Again my apologies for misinterpreting how your old vacuum died.
