This video did not explain what I googled. How to you put the battery in the thing? Instructions didn’t even state where the battery compartment is 😢(it’s in the bottom of the vacuum by the way)!!! But what do I do with the wires hanging out of the new battery?

I bought one from Amazon for $100 🙄It was in one of those treasure truck “super deals”(So I thought). Anyway. I received it on July 28 and did not unboxed it until today, September 28 and when I plug it into the charging port it looks as though the charging light should be on or the complete charge light should be on and neither one is on. I was watching your video to see if you discussed that at all. you did not. I called Amazon and they said when it blinks it’s charging when it’s off it’s fully charged which causes me to wonder why then are there two little lights up at the top? please let me know if yours lights up when you put it on the charging port and if it indeed goes off completely when it’s charged. I don’t know if I can send this back or not because it’s been two months however, Ade at Amazon told me to use it because it was fully charged and she would make a note in my account so I can send it back if it indeed is only functioning on whatever charge it currently has. Any help is appreciated.

It'll show a green light whwn fully charged, if your ls working, I wouldn't worry, if it's not, you may need to exchange it

Push the white button on the lower backside of the machine and pull the power head off, from there you can pull the neck of the nozzle down to straighten the air path, then use a metal coat hanger to snake it through and push out the Clog, using care to not puncture the hose. This should allow you to push out the blockage from the powerhead

Did you only pay $30. I just paid $139.00 in Bed Bath and Beyond. This is my second one.

Does yours have a “charging” and “charge complete” lights? I just unboxed mine and when I put it on the charging port neither one of them lights up so I’m wondering if it’s defective? Amazon customer service said nothing is lighting up because it’s fully charged. Just wondering if that’s true?
