That’s awesome! I sold 50 my first year and won rookie of the year out of 180 agents while working a full time job for 10 months and nursing a newborn!

@@Sovonnie I did cold calling and a lot of social media every day! I’ve started my own team now with 3 buyers agents and 1 assistant! Been a realtor for a year and 8 months!

He already has a leg up having family he can join and get help from. If you already know someone, especially family, then you are way ahead of the game than someone who has none of that.
