the crypto market is on ablaze and yet i still hear a lot of sayings like "what's bitcoin?" this only goes to show how much people are still yet to embrace the digital assets, meaning there is a high probability of more price burst in the nearest future. according to experts, more than half of the world percentage are yet to embrace crypto currency and we have billions going round in digital forms. Like konxx Eleanor used to tell me, the charts are the tools to make wealth when properly utilized, that has guided me in my trading career although am still getting my grip around studying the market. i make use of signals and strategies from experts and service providers. i find signals as a good substitute to self-analyze and i have built my trading portfolio using signals to almost $400k but still i find myself wanting more. thanksfully we still have smaller assets to buy such as btt,xrp,doge,ada etc. i find the services of Konxx Elearnor close to that of a mentor. her services are or whatsap +1.9.1.0.2.3.9.4.3.2.1

Go to a smaller brokerage. You'll get more support and more of your commission. Most new agents join the bigger brokerages for the name. All they do is take your hard earned commission and not really help you. Good luck! Hope you find the right brokerage :)

If you wanna break into the luxury selling you have to take that commission hit at the start to get your name and face to the big clients. That's when you then become your own broker knowing these clients if you've sold them on YOUR personality, not the brokerage you were tied to.

Real Estate exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Brenda.

I try to be as honest in sharing my journey (the good and bad) 🙏Stay focused, even if you are part-time make sure you are talking to people every day and telling them you are a realtor. I'm a month in and the thing that I find most difficult is the training at my firm. It's so slow but the support is there. I just wish I could be trained for 2 weeks straight but I only have one training once a week for the entire year, it really brings down my confidence because everyone is so knowledgable but I've turned to youtube and your videos as well! Can't believe you're 21, you're so mature! Love seeing your progress and self-care, you motivate me to do better! :)

Omg I want to go into Luxury Homes Real Estate. I’m in Virginia I don’t see many luxury homes but we will see. I just started my journey. I was having the same thoughts about real estate and even working with KW real estate brokerage this just confirmed to go with this path and become the lion and not the prey. Thank you!

I started at a young 20, now 25 and even stronger. My advice to you is to talk to your TL about finding a well seasoned agent that can almost mentor you and that you can ask questions to. Between having a great example and presenting yourself in a professional way, the business will come from the non stop up front work and prospecting. Socialize more, build more relationships and it will come. Grass is not always greener on the other side

I agree with Megan. Start with a conversation with your TL about your struggles/concerns and see what guidance they can give. I’m at a very large MC and we have a productivity program and coach who are in charge of helping all the newer agents. Does yours have anything like that? KW also just revamped their Luxury division and is really making strides in that market. I’m not sure that eXp would give you much presence or credibility in the luxury world. I started my career with a newer small independent brokerage and it was like night and day (for the better) when I moved my business to KW. I think it’s smart that you are taking your time to interview other brokerages and not make a impulsive move. I’m sure you’re asking lots of great questions and will make a great decision for your business. Good luck!

Can you post what your camera setup/lighting, equipment and video editing software is? You always look great in your videos. I just started with EXP and interviewed with several sponsors which was great. I was able to figure out which sponsor suited me the best and the support since choosing has been amazing. I can post a question to my teams across the US, and it's literally answered in minutes. Love your videos!

I left KW for the same exact reason. I started with Exp and honestly, SO MUCH BETTER. Structure and all. I started my RE business back in November and I felt so lost. Now, after being with EXP for less than a month. I learned ALOT more than I did when I was in KW. Go for brokerage where they’re willing to help your business grow. Not just tell you they are. *** not bashing the company, each market center is different.

Where do you get your “scrubbed” list for cold calling? I know KW where I work doesn’t care about the do-not-call list. Many agents at KW just ignore it. What do you do to NOT call people who opt to be on that list? Thanks!

My KW sends out emails to all the agents to let them know who is on the do not call list, as they occur. I definitely wouldn't ignore the consumer request.

We have so many agents and my manager could barely keep up with us. I’m thinkiof moving to a different one tho I literally just started. EXP is $40 per call to your broker 😩😩😩 Im lucky with my brokerage that they have so much social support

Also I tell ya what. Having a broker to at is available is amazing!! I can text mine or call and he responds ASAP. So I fully support you making a change. I think it makes all the difference!!!

I am curious with the logic of writing the client off as dead end when you invested 8 months of time, simply because you think youre worth more. To me, you chose the minmax option instead of the maxmin. If youre already facing a loss, at least minimize it

You should join a Signature brokerage. They have a help hotline/ zoom call m-f. They have realtors on the hotline, I believe lenders as well etc. any questions you have they’ll answer it. Also My split is 80/20

Try to interview Century 21 OneBlue. They’re a relatively small brokerage & that means they always answer the phone when you need them. They honestly never fail when it comes to support. (Im a little biased since I’m with then but I highly recommend them)
