i still don't really have a clear understanding of what the difference is between joining the align company that is associated with a few brokerages in a few states and joining a real estate team that is a part of a brokerage. i would love to see a video with more detail on align if you'd be interested in doing one

Hey Diamon! I think being in luxury real estate so young should be normal. In my opinion, is not about the age, is about how hard you work and the quality of the services you provide. Tiffany saw a potential in me that my old brokerage didn't and that I also didn't even realise until I met her. So I guess to answer to question, both! 😊

I did real estate express and loved it and made it easy for me to pass my exam lol and I have 3 kids and pregnant lol so yea highly recommend

@@daisyfonseca347 I studied everything basically . And I made my own flash cards as well from the questions in each chapter .. and I used a lot of KZread if I didn’t understand something I would KZread it . Prep agent here on KZread is great as well !

tiffany has so much energy for her age. i gotta kno if that woman has kids bc if so idk how she keeps her energy up and stays so peppy. her voice reminds me of a valley girl and a cheerleader who could be ready to go cheer at a football game at any moment. and you have a soft voice and seem very laid back and probably not always on-the-go like her so it's a funny combo

One of the good things about being a realtor is the flexible schedule. You can make your own schedule around your priorities. In my case, I see my family every day. Not sure if this helps 😅

Hey, that's great! Hmm, have you thought about being a professional stager or an investor? 🤔 Some pointers: you could start with your real estate license. That can help you gain experience in both fields (interior design, staging, renovating, investing). Or you could pick something else to start with but the point is to just START. If you're not sure which one you TRULY want to do. I would suggest doing research (KZread) and reaching out to local professionals in those fields you mentioned. You can try and interview them to share more about what their work-life entails. Most of the time they are very nice and flattered that you ask. I hope this helps 💖
