Wow, congratulations! Wish I had a channel like this back when I was a Realtor in 2006 (yes, before and during the Great Recession). One of my biggest mistakes was working with unqualified buyers (seems obvious now, but also one of those things not taught in "Realtor School"😂). If they refuse to even talk to a lender, don't waste a lot of time showing them a bunch of homes in "hopes they will get it together when they see one they like" (they won't). Put them on a mailing list if they're willing and keep moving. The exception: if they are paying cash for the house😉. Of course, this advice is not one size fits all, but I enjoy helping new real estate agents avoid some of my mistakes. It’s commission based, so anytime you close on a home you are paid out!

They offer tons of training once you are licensed and sign with them! In order to get your license I’m sure they would offer some recommendations. I was almost finished with my course when I reached out to them.
