Nice job showing these homes. Everyone has a floor plan that works for them. What new construction in FLA has that you are the first owner. In new construction you need to ask real hard question on the quality of the builder. What is the warranty on the water heater? 5 or 10 years. What shingles are used? 30 year Gaf shingles or some 20 year crap brand just meet code. Did the builder do a high wind roof with 5/8 plywood or minimum code 1/2 inch. How much space in the electrical panel is left for pools, hot tubs or electric vehicle charging? Did they insulate the garage even though they did not have to.(it matters for EV Charging) What brand of windows did the builder use? What is their warranty. Are they top of the line PGT windows that meet Miami Dade code or the lessor FLA building code.
Very pretty house. I love the kitchen the most, I love the dark cabinetry. The only dislike is that I DO NOT like that primary suite is right in the middle of all of the major common living areas, talk about the lack of privacy for the primary is so disrespectful!!! 🥴🥴🥴
