The home is beautiful, but I agree with some other comments that there are way too many windows for our northern cold climate. I love the inside and would request a door in the master bedroom, just like the one in the guest bedroom to go outside. I would also add an oven. 🇺🇸

I too like to shower with the lights off, so all of the natural lighting in the bathroom was my fav part! I loved the frosted glass in the shower. I would definitely need the sliding glass door for the master😉

Needs a closet to hang dresses, suits, coats. Where I live all those windows would make for high cooling bills. Otherwise I love it. How much is it????

Tinted windows, and maybe less floor to ceiling everywhere. Also, NO storage in bathroom and I couldn’t see where there was a linen closet. I wouldn’t have 3 entrances-only two. The living space is not very big. I would want something to have a more cozy living room with areas for bookshelves, tv. But that’s just me. As per your idea of doors in bedroom, I think that would creep me out. Maybe take out that back wall in the “living space” and extend it into second bedroom. I wouldn’t really need a second bedroom-I could have room for sofa bed in expanded living room somehow-that would be something id re-design. Id want half-wall windows in bedroom-the full size windows in the bedroom are kinda creepy to me, but that’s just me. Um, where’s the oven? Id give up the dishwasher (reluctantly) to have an oven. Those were just a few things I would change. A little more wall space, less windows, or maybe not to the floor in some rooms. But I have a lot of art. This would make a fabulous AirBnb, if you put it in a beautiful spot. Gorgeous from the outside! If AirBNB, I would’nt change much at all! Furnish it nicely, put it in a place with a gorgeous view-you could pay it off quickly for the amount you could charge per night. Maybe I’d put bunk beds in the smaller bedroom. It’s funny, I live in a very old house on the first floor, and it’s 650 sq. ft. My space is from the late 1800s where in our cold climate they had smaller boxy rooms. My space feels a lot bigger. But my space is two rooms deep. I think that makes the difference. Unfortunately I have a lot of small windows so I’d give anything for at least one floor to ceiling window/door and bigger windows in general! Thank you for sharing this home! It could be really really nice. I’d still want a well designed tiny home though!

12:00 That front view around to the right, kitchen side ... once getting the home situated ... I would build a huge deck and enclose it, with skylighting spaced around on the roof, to let in natural light. THIS model from Movil is pretty damn good for a first prototype. You'll fine tune it to perfection 💜

Every time there is a super nice mobile home video, no price will be given. If this whole thing costs over $200k, it won't make much sense for the majority of people.

I love the design and its minimalism. You don't need most typical furniture thanks to all the built-ins and you can focus on high-end pieces for the kitchen/lounge. My current trailer/mini has a similar design and I like a small, intimate livingroom. The architecture itself removes the need for flourishes and "art for art's sake". One thing this tiny needs is a big-ass, wrap-around deck. Oh, yeah; when the outside living area trumps the inside, especially in British Columbia, you've got a winning combination.

I would feel like I lived in a fish bowl, even though I always thought I liked a lot of windows. It seems like I would not have wall space for enough bookshelves, and that is VERY important to me. I want a gas stove in the kitchen. Other than that, it’s wonderful.

Looks alright, but compared to what champion is rolling out with 2k+ sq ft 3bd/2bath for under $250k. The question is will this erode the stigma of mobile homes, and will you be able to place a structure like this in a normal rv park without getting clowned on?

Nope. Frosted or not, nope on bathroom window! To many windows. My Grandpa who fought in the Pacific would agree. A Japanese sniper killed his buddy by shooting thru a bathroom window while his buddy was having gas. “Both ends were bad, based on the mess in the bottom the sniper may of done him a favor”. Plus energy inefficiency, creepers, and easy of breaking by burglary/accident, and the expense of replacing them!

PLEASE: When showing a home, Rv, or trailer etc., etc., try to go in a chronological filming order, without positioning your camera on the right and then on the left of you, filming back and forth. This back and forth filming tends to (at times) disorient the viewer. You should consider filming the cabinets, storage areas or closets with the doors closed and then with ALL the doors open to show the interiors (*** you may stop filming or edit between these two actions). The viewers don't need to see you opening and closing every single cabinet, drawer or closet. Please remember that YOU don't have to be on almost every frame you are showing. Film every room from the door looking in (left to right or right to left for example) and then step in the middle of the room and video SLOWLY in a circular motion, so the viewer can see the room in its entirety. You can include the information you need to describe in each room, area or item you are featuring. Please just state the FACTS of the items being described, without (too many) unnecessary commentaries. Thank you.
