Please, please can you send me the plans for this??!!😊
A few improvements they could do: In the bathroom put the window over the toilet and a medicine cabinet/mirror over the sink. Instead of ridiculously deep cubby shelves, do a pull out "pantry" style closet. In the bedroom: Have at least one closet with a clothes hanging rod. In the kitchen: the sink dish drain takes up too much counter space. Do an under mount dish rack under the cabinets. Where that tiny table is, have a wall mounted flip up table for two. To solve the TV problem: Instead of a Loveseat, have to swivel recliners on casters. Put the TV where the wall painting is now.
Re the TV: You could potentially mount some sort of projector on one wall & have a blind over the bi-fold to act as a screen. After dark, anyway. But who wants to sit watching TV when it's sunny outside. Also in Australia, with that amount of windows space, some type of windows covering and/or external shading is vital to keep internal temperatures down in summer, and protect heat from escaping at night in winter. Haven't seen the whole video yet to know what the heating & cooling systems are like, but passive measures will help save energy/costs if there is some.
This is actually lovely. It's small but perfectly formed. I agree with the window in the bedroom. I would sacrifice the sliding door for a little more wall space. For storage/tv. Thanks for the detailed description and tour.v

I’d put an oversized loveseat rather than a couch and set it against the bedroom wall rather than the back wall for a larger room feel I also only want one loft. This is a great tiny! P.S. you ask a silly question but I’ll still answer, Yes! I would live in this Tiny. 🥰
No house can be perfect if perfection is undefined.
Very beautiful and very well laid out. Personally I would have preferred that they add just one more foot in length to the kitchen for just a bit more length to the countertop and a bit more length to the table. Also, I would really love having a window where the table is. When eating or drinking coffee I like to look outside, and even if you use it as a workspace, sometimes it’s nice to refocus your eyes on something in the distance after staring at a screen for any length of time.
Oowww my god 😯🤩😍🥰😘this tiny home is the best, I really like the sliding doors in the master bad room, and the cabinets, and the color of the house is really amazing to look at,😘
I love the whole layout, especially the closet design in the bedroom.
Such a beautiful tiny house! It looks so small from the outside, but when inside, it looks so much bigger. First time watching your video. The camera work and editing was amazing and you presented it very well.
Oh my!!! Yes!! I could live in this beautiful tiny home! But being in the US guess I will have to just look!! Thank you Drew! Sure love watching you!
I appreciate that you took off your shoes.
Hey that pocket door is really nice.
This is gorgeous! Clearly it is high quality. I love the clean, minimalist style and light bright color/finish selections. I will tell you, if you haven’t discovered them yet, Moveable Roots in Melbourne Florida, also builds their tiny homes with cold formed steel and to higher standards, due to being in a hurricane prone state. You may wish to check them out because the steel, as you know makes for a lighter, yet more rigid unit that can withstand the racking and movement of transport a bit better than wood.

@@drewanthonyb thank you for your videos and information! I’m in the process of choosing a tiny home builder and deciding style, options, etc. I really like the steel framing. Being from Florida, and living thru 7 hurricanes in a traditional site built home, structural integrity is at the top of my list for THOW construction though I’ll be moving it to the NC mountain region. Once you live thru crazy weather you look for the soundest option available. I thing steel is the route I’ll go. Thanks again!

@@lizzieb6311 thank you for watching! And I wish you all the best with your decision process! 🙂
I'm like you, i would be fine without a TV and would also use my laptop. There is probably a little more headroom in an Australian tiny home, because they are allowed to be 14 feet tall. BTW I love the interior design of Australian tiny houses. No farmhouse vibe, which is so common in Canadian tiny houses.
I think I would be fine without a TV but then again, you could put one where the painting was next to the couch attached to the wall or use a white curtain on the main door, add a shelf above the window behind the couch and put a projector on it. Attach a fire stick to it for example and you're good to go

That's great that you want to find a space for a TV in your tiny home! However, I encourage you to really think about if a TV is necessary in such a small space. Remember that tiny homes are about living simply and with less stuff. If you still feel like you need a TV, I recommend checking out www.drewanthony.ca for more information about the best ways to incorporate one into your tiny home.

I love this home.❤
Nice design, I especially like the bedroom where you can walk round the bed. At least one of those cupboards should have some hanging space. The kitchen however had virtually no pantry space and the prep space was tiny which I think could be a problem.
Definitely and love every minute of it.

I like this a lot
There is so much storage. There is becoming less and less room in the kitchen for food storage. It's a dealbreaker to not have a pantry. There seems to be so much excitement about the bathrooms. The least important room to me is the bathroom, although I am fussy to keep it clean.
Pretty good. The best ones I have seen so far are from Minimaliste Houses in Canada.

Beautiful house and well made video. A couple of small changes I would make: turn the kitchen sink the other way so as to make it possible to have dirty dishes, sink, dish drying in order. Also, no white grout, a nightmare to clean. I might even go for that weird fake paneling made of vinyl. No grout, lighter, cheaper and looks sort of ok.
Very nice 😊
I just love the houses that you show. This one looks so much better than the ones I see in the US.

At 3:13, putting a projection screen outside is better than a tv. You can just fold the front door. You can only watch during the night though.
Time Lord technology made the inside bigger than the outside.
No washer Dryer space.
not a fan of composting commodwes but liked the rest of this model, nice !
They way the construct the home is smart and looks great! I could live in a tiny home that they build, just not liking that layout for me personally.
So aesthetically beautiful❤..did he say how much it cost???

Interesting 🧐
I have a question 😊 to build with medal instead of wood for the frame is much strong?
These tiny homes are beautiful but I think most people in this market aren’t looking for a home to raise a family. We (as empty nesters) are looking for a place of refuge after our kids are on their own and we’re looking to downsize and have the ability to move our house in the face of a hurricane instead of paying a monthly insurance premium that is twice the monthly mortgage
Nice! i like the way they build it and all but do we have any similar manufacturing company in Canada that would deliver the same or similar product?
Having aluminum studs (rather galvanized steel) on the outer walls isn’t more durable…in fact the frame moves a lot while the rig is moving.. it vibrates whereas wood absorbs more of that vibration. I do like the layout of the home though.

I loved this top to bottom!It was sweet & petite! And I do love it's minimalist approach. It's move in ready as far as I'm concerned, lol, where do I sign 💁♀️?! The wood touches made it pop, as did the colorful couch, and the art picture was just perfect. I'd just add another plant in that corner. I'd say all the windows made it divine, as well as making it feel so much larger that's for sure! There's a lot of really nice mini movie projectors on the market & they have really nice projector screens that could be attached above the tri-fold windows. When it's rolled up you can't even tell it's there. Or they have one's you can either mount up on the ceiling or the wall. They are electronic, you just use the remote & they drop down & pivot in the direction that you want it to be. Then again instead of a mirror on the refrig wall it could be placed there as well. When you were in the kitchen the first thing that came to mind was "oh no, those cabinets are way too low." Well glad to hear that your 6'4" that explains that. The eating nook is the perfect place to add wood shelving for art/books/ some plants as well. And I'd like an additional mirror on the wall that houses the fridge, just to open it up a wee more. Restroom was nice & spacious. I loved the huge mirror as well. One mistake I see made in tiny homes is the use of tiny furniture or mirrors, which actually make it look smaller not bigger. The wall feature in the main bedroom was great. It brought warmth to the place. I'd perfer my windows in there the same way you do. Nothing better than a nice cross breeze right?! As for the closet area, I'd personally remove the top two shelves & add a spring loaded rod & viola there's your hanging clothes closet! And all my clothes would be switched out season to season. I'd store it in one of the lofts & I'd build a wrap around closet in one as well because you can never have enough clothing, shoe or jewelry options as far as I'm concerned, lol. All in all this was a great little tiny home. It's quite unfortunate that all the little home builders that I really, really, really love are located overseas. I will have a tiny one day, I am determined to do so! My grandmother used to have a one bedroom tiny house growing up & I've always been fascinated with the thought of having my very own. I have starting to downsize over the last few year's & I'm hopeful that I'll be in my very own tiny at least in the next few year's. Thank you for sharing your love of tiny's with us all. God Bless & take care! Love from California, Xoxo Monie 💖🏡✌😊

Where do you hang your towel after showering???
@drewanthonyb
11 ай бұрын
That's a great question! In a tiny home, space is limited so it is important to get creative when it comes to storage. Towel racks are a great option if you have enough wall space. If not, you can also use metal over-the-door towel racks or even hang a tension rod in the shower and use S-hooks to hang your towel.
@drewanthonyb
11 ай бұрын
That depends on the size of your tiny home and where the bathroom is located. Generally speaking, you can hang your towel on a hook near the shower or on a nearby wall. You can also look into investing in a towel rack or a hook rack for easy access and storage of your towels.

No hanging space for clothes?
@drewanthonyb
11 ай бұрын
Tiny homes have limited space, so hanging space for clothes can be difficult. However, there are creative solutions that tiny home owners can use to maximize their space - for example, you could use wall-mounted hooks or a standing closet for hanging clothes. Additionally, many furniture stores also offer small-scale clothing racks that are designed to fit in tighter spaces. If you'd like to explore more options, please visit www.drewanthony.ca for more information.

Why would you want 4 burner stove in a tiny home? It's a tiny home - get it? You probably won't have 6 people living there permanently. When I cook for my family visiting me (not a tiny home) I never need to use all 4 burners at once. But then, I usually use the oven.
