I have had my Polo GTi+ since April and absolutely love it. Mine has the Digi dash, 18" brechias with black roof styling. Didn't go with the navigation within the digital dash as I use android auto. Full LED headlights too.. the black roof makes its look amazing with white bodywork as the wing mirrors are also blacked.. Review is great and nice to see an honest opinion.. 😀

Thanks for a unbiased review, i don't know why but so many reviews lay on the hate for vw ok dieselgate whatever what the car companies aren't sayin is everyone was doing it.vw took there licks deservedly so. Anyhow the vw polo GTI+ looks very special definitely getting one for me it looks better than the golf gti. And i will add polo GTI+ more than matches a fiesta st

Really enjoyed the video, makes such a change from CarWow etc. that just drive expensive cars and then compare everything else to top end out of reach cars. An honest and entertaining review for 95% of the population, big thumbs up and a thank you from me, hope your channel really grows.

10000 miles a year just isn't enough for me!! i need at least 18000 as a minimum! I've had the brand new polo beats for a year now, definitely considering this in a couple of years but I'm really hoping that it will come with a manual transmission by then. also as i have the polo beats currently it is has a spec inside with an all cream/light grey/red interior (the red being the dash trim and gear surround and on the door handles) but its actually a matte red not a gloss and i absolutely love it, i don't know if the gloss would look too much then. plus the cream interior makes everything seem a lot bigger and airier as it has the tinted rear windows. good review tho!

I ordered one (white paint) with 18 inch alloys and the same seats and full options. The only thing I will miss about my MK7 GTE is the rear looks and the center console. Better cup holders and arm rest. But yeah everything else is better or just as good.

I love love love this little hot hatch , really i think is the best car in 2019 ❤👍👍 .

R line looks good but I know what you mean, its the same with the 118i M sport or the 35 tfsi A5 S line. They look the part but have no punch

I get 47 to 48 miles to the gallon on the Motorway in normal mode 70 miles per hour🤷‍♂️

Just placed an order for one. Should be arriving within 2-3 weeks. One thing a few of the established Car Reviewers which sold me the car... Which is incorrect. They said the GTI+ comes standard with an automatic climate control. I looked at the VW website and it's a bloody option. URGH! Too late.

I have have one, had it since January this year. It has full specs and all add ons, though here in South Africa we a get a full leather option of all black seats with red stitching. Yes it is a wolf in sheeps clothing and you can take many Gti mk7 owners by surprise (its launch control is better than the golfs). Dunno what's wrong with the model you tested cause mine pops and farts like it nobodies business lol.

I'm from Cape Town. Getting mine in Deep Black with all the extras except the navigation as I prefer Android Auto. I do prefer the black leather seats with the red stitching we get here. Getting mine on Monday from Barons🤩

As far as I know the EU version has extra parts in the exhaust to lower emissions and also dampens the pop a lot

After watching your reviews and others. I just put an order in for a Gti+, coming in November, can't wait.

Thanks mate. I needed the reasurance of your review. I've just retired and lI've found myself in a really priveldged position. Looking forward big style to getting my new Polo GTI next week. I'm goining to miss my current car which is a 2015 140ps Fiesta. It's really so, so much better than a regular Fiesta. I can't recommed it enough to your younger followers.

Why doesn’t VW offer the Polo GTI with a manual gearbox in the UK?

I’d suggest looking at a lease purchase on this car now, deals seem to be much stronger. Try leasing.com but do your research, lots of online help 👍

@8.45 I cant believe you guys are charged 1000 pounds for those seats????? Here they come standard with all GTI's and leather is option is around 500 pounds. VW know how to rip their clients a new one indeed!

I'm pretty sure it does have an LSD. Could you tell me where you've found out it doesn't have it?

It’s a bit of a complicated one. The research I did before hand suggested that the GTI has XDS which is torque vectoring through braking a wheel so not a true LSD where of course the actual power to each wheel changes. I hope this helps.

Polo GTi does not have a proper LSD, only the electronic XDS which uses the brakes, I have one about to be delivered in a few days.

@@bigheadcarreviews1989 Yeah I'm looking forward to it, arrived in the UK yesterday so not long to wait now. As I didn't want to wait a year for a fresh ordered one I took one that was already about to be built. GTi+ , Reef blue, standard seat trim, "Deep Iron" dash, climate control, backup camera and blind spot monitoring, would have liked the 18inch alloys but not too bothered. Is replacing a 2016 Leon SC FR 1.8tsi DSG.
