You're meant to put the bracelet into cold water straight away after taking it out and then use the brush on it when it's still wet. Then dry it. And then with the polishing cloth, you're meant to use the white section on sterling silver and 14k gold and the pink section on rose gold.

Great experiment Karen! Your Pandora rosegold pieces and bracelet came out so shiny. I went back and listened to you read the instructions. Karen after you use the cleaning solution and brush you need to rinse with clean water. The same with soapy water, rinse off, then dry and use the polishing cloth.

Yep, the white side of the cloth is infused with a chemical for cleaning sterling silver. The pink side is untreated and is for Pandora Rose (rose gold colour) and Pandora Shine (yellow gold colour) jewellery 👍 Using the white side of the cloth, which contains chemicals, for Rose or Shine jewellery will damage the plating on the charms.

Just bought the cleaner yesterday and I am loving it.

Listen....the cleanser is amazing, it is definitely a great investment for $20, however, for those who cannot go out or get to pandora the simplest solution is to soak your jewelry in the blue liquid dawn dish detergent and Luke warm water.... Trust me it works abd it won't hurt the jewelry, especially the plated products such as rose and shine

I love the music in the background it’s so soothing and relaxing iam not a fan of pandora jewelry but they do sell beautiful jewelry I would go with washing the jewelry in the water and soap I think it cleans better then the cleaner I love your charm bracelet by the way it’s cute 👍❤️🥰

Great Demonstration. I’ve seen dullness with some of my Rose Gold Charms. I went to Pandora, and the store now has the machine to clean Rose Gold; and the SA explains that will happen.

Very interesting to see, tfs Karen! 😃Hmm it was difficult telling a major difference between the two cleaners but as you state the new cleaner is very much worthwhile to get, I think it does a great job and soooo easy to use! With soapy water getting the same result might take a little bit longer. I love the idea of an already mixed cleaner, you don’t have to guess the ratio of cleaner and water to mix, which cleaner to use as different countries have different dish soaps and we always worry is this okay to use on our Pandora, but getting the new cleaner with Pandora’s stamp of approval that this is safe to use on your jewelry, I think I like the new cleaner more. I hope we get it too at some point because we haven’t yet but it looks like the new logo on the jar and I heard from my one local concept store it’s only going to be redone next year with the new brandishing, I wonder if perhaps we might get these new goodies as well only then. I mean we still get the old logo bags. So if and when the new cleaner does come to our stores I will definitely purchase it. The pieces do shine and sparkle a lot, looks very pretty. But as I said, I felt it did better with rose for sure, thus at least for cleaning Pandora rose and I assume shine, it is very much worth it. I also agree with you that I prefer to have something less time consuming than regular soap and water, particularly for us collector who might need to clean a lot 😊😊😊. I always use Silver Duraglit, Silvo and a liquid cleaner Goddards silver cleaner. I have also when run out of these, used Brasso which is same substance as the duraglit and silvo. It does just as good of a job, despite it being a brass cleaner.❤

Hi Karen, I read in the comments that you did rinse the cleaning solution off, yay! I did look up about the polishing cloth in the kit and it says the white side is for gold and silver only, and the pink side is for rose and shine (anything plated) I remembered with the little free polishing cloths they gave out in Australia that when the rose came out they gave out a special cloth. After a while they stopped making the regular one because people where using the wrong ones on the rose and shine. It meant that the ones they did make weren't very effective on silver. I ended up buying a good one from a jeweller. I can't help but wonder if you are rubbing off the plating since at least this time you rubbed with the white side on the rose. I have to say that the solution worked amazing on the heart pandora rose charm. It cleaned all the way through it. The rose infinity charm was pretty good on the outside but it still had the black on the inside. It was a very good video showing both ways of cleaning. Your bracelet came up really well. The biggest difference to me was the rose though.

mad4pandora Hi Leanne, thank you for watching 😊😊😊. I always rinse my jewelry pieces after using the dish soap 🧼🧼🧼 and of course have to do it with the solution as well. I did it off camera and forgot to mentioned it 🙃🙃🙃 on the video so that’s why I wrote the note. The white side of the polishing cloth is to be used with silver and gold pieces while the pink side on rose. However, I did used it, at my on risk, on the white side for my rose pieces 💗💗💗. I honestly think that I’m losing the plating on those old pieces due to the formula Pandora used to make the rose jewelry vs the one they use today. In either case, I agree with you, the cleaning solution did an awesome job cleaning my rose pieces... so to me that alone makes it worth it 💕💕💕. xoxoxoxo, PRgrl 🌷 aka Puerto Rican Girl

Yo lo hice fuera de cámara y esta vez, por comodidad, pq el video me dio trabajo, después de hacer todo 😆😆😆. El paño no lo puedes lavar, una vez lo uses y ya lo tengas negrito por todos lados se tiene que descartar. Esto es pq la parte blanca trae una solución. Pero trae cuatro laditos del mismo tamaño, así que da para bastante 😊😊😊. La segunda parte de este video será en español así que pendiente 😘😘😘. You have got to rinse them when they come out of the cleaner in clear water then buff, and use the brush with cleaner on them to form bubbles to clean.

In Singapore, they longer sell this kit. If you want to clean well, u need to go to their stores. One charm or item they charge SGD5. Extremely expensive. Anyone has the weblink to buy online?

Good video but next time don’t clean the gold on the white cloth it can ruin it only do it on the pink

I have the Floral Elegance ring and the Laurel Wreath ring which have been oxidised on purpose. Will this cleaner remove that and ruin them or is it gentle enough?

Hi Amy, I am not an expert when in comes to oxidized jewelry on purpose so I cannot for sure feel I can be of help. However, I do feel the liquid is gentle enough as it is meant to be use also with Pandora rose which is plated jewelry. I soak mine in it over night literally aand it comes out so shiny the next day then dry it with polishing cloth like new
