Would this kit help to clean a Gucci Sterling silver bracelet and a Tiffany necklace?

How long does the cleaning solution last after opening it? Thanks in advance!

It worked wonderfully on my Pandora that had turned almost completely dark, couldn't believe my eyes! However now all the dark remained on the polishing cloth... so I'm wondering how I should wash the cloth?

You shouldn’t wash the cloth. I just left the pandora store and they told me the same thing

i have a bracelet full of old charms that are very dirty which has been passed down by a relative who wore it all the time and also worked as a cleaner. I have charms like the angel fish that has blue eyes and the red apple that's made out of gemstones, i have been scared to clean them with anything with the thought of making them discoloured so i wanted to know if the solution may change them in any way especially the ones that have gems on them, thanks!

Hi there, The number of uses per jar varies and is dependent on both the size of the jewelry cleaned and the quantity of dirt and oils present. Cleaning larger or dirtier pieces will reduce the number of uses, whereas cleaning smaller pieces or those that are cleaner will allow for more uses. On average, your jar should offer roughly 25 uses. The number of uses for each cloth is dependent on the size of and amount of tarnish on the jewelry being polished. The treated inner cloth will become black with use, as it removes tarnish. You can continue to use it until all of the white cloth turns black (use both sides of the treated cloth, which will give you four surfaces to use). We hope this helps. Love, Pandora

I used this on my bracelet full of charms. The solution turned grey and although my bracelet looked fabulous, like new, it also shrank a bit leaving it quite tight and hard to do up!

How do you suggest cleaning bangles that don't fit in the jewellery cleaner tub? I have two that are terribly marked and dull and a cloth does nothing.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. The key to keeping leather clean is to understand that it is a natural product. Water or harsh cleaners will leach the natural oils out of the material leaving it stiff and cracked. There are a few simple things to keep in mind when cleaning leather. For daily cleaning, use a very soft and dry cloth. Leather conditioner can be applied and will serve to protect the leather from spills or stains, and helps keep it soft and supple by restoring essential oils. Using professional leather conditioners is a great way to improve the overall lifespan of the leather, making it resistant to water and humidity. You can also clean leather with a mild soap such as soap flakes or a saddle soap. Create suds in a bowl and apply the suds to the leather surface with a soft lint-free cloth. Do not use the soapy water. The suds are safer to use as they reduce the risk of bleach type marks and streaks. Be careful to keep the cloth barely damp - not wet. Use a dry soft cloth to wipe up any remaining moisture and let it dry completely. Use the damp cloth on the entire piece to avoid areas, which will seem lighter after cleaning. We hope this helps. The pink side is for more delicate plated pieces. But if I don't have plated charms, and all of mine are silver, can I use the pink side for the silver too? Like if I run out of the white sides? Will the pink side harm it?

Hi there, no, you should never expose Pandora jewellery to harsh chemicals, not even chemicals meant for cleaning other jewellery. Jewellery cleaning agents may alter the colour of the jewellery and damage the organic parts such as leather, wood or pearls. Please note that we do also not recommend the method of using silver foil and baking soda, as this can also discolour the silver and remove the oxidation which is part of the design. Best, Pandora

Hi there. A jewellery polishing cloth may be useful, when you need to freshen up your jewellery, as it can sparkle up a dull surface. If you wish to clean your jewellery at home, add a drop of mild soap to lukewarm water and clean the jewellery with a soft toothbrush. If the jewellery is very dirty, leave it in lukewarm water with a drop of dishwasher detergent and let it soak for 10 minutes. I have real jewellery made from real gold, platinum, silver and gemstones including diamonds. None has required such care to last well and look good. My daughter and granddaughter have Pandora items that have (1) split - a ring, and (2) tarnished - a necklace, in less than a year.

In a recent KZread video about jewellery cleaning, we recommended using baking soda to clean your Pandora jewellery. While this is a common home cleaning solution, it is not one that we recommend. Although baking soda might clean jewellery, it is mildly abrasive and could scratch your jewellery. Furthermore, if the toothbrush used is too stiff or not cleaned properly after earlier use, it may also damage your jewellery.
