This sketch is not that funny. There are much funnier sketches. This is just the same gag repeated until it's not funny anymore, and I only slightly chuckled the first time.

This is one of those clips I can watch every week and still laugh every time.

'That guy is a WANKER!' - It's great how this is emphasized by the sound mixing. However, due to this sketch, if I ever hear the name 'Henderson', I immediately think: 'That guy is a WANKER!' So, if there are any Hendersons out there - I apologise.

Pretty straightforward, they respond to the first name with what amounts to just a cacophony of noise. Clearly it's a different noise for the last name. Slightly surreal but I imagine that's the crux of it.

Agreeing with Kelp Kelp but also the gag is based on timing and each having a unique response with one just 'out' of time on the last swear word. At the end they're all in perfect unison with the same response like a ritual. :)

Those dynamic subversions in sketches like this always get me. The joke's been repeated three or four times courtesy of the boss-employee interaction, and is now wearing thin, but then Kevin Eldon comes in with 'I thought you said Tom Henderson' and that sets it rolling again. Great stuff
