hey tina, it’s so nice to spend the day with youuu! It feels nice to have a virtual friend to go shopping with ❤ i’m 21 and struggling with my past vices like tobacco, caffeine, weed, and alcohol, and harder substances. I would use those things to cope, but you show me there are healthy ways, even just a shower or self care. It’s really tough especially with working and college but i’m doing well with my sobriety so far. It’s nice to have a youtuber who feels like “home” to pass the time with. When you’re in recovery it can be hard to maintain relationships or make new ones. I know many of us feel very alone for many reasons and you’re such a beacon of hope for us Tina. I’ve always been a silent watcher but WOW you’ve taught me a lot. I can now sit in silence and boredom. I can be sober. I can sit with my anxiety. I can read books to pass time or try new candies/coffee/foods. i can say because of you i even appreciate the things i have way more, clean more, doing makeup/hair/lashes, spend more time with my bf, take vitamins, getting my root canal done, take better care of my hygiene and even started a skincare routine. You’re energy is so beautiful and you shine that light onto so many others I look for your posts daily to uplift me and indirectly you inspired me to find god again and even reach out to my estranged family 🥰 We love you Tina, #WEDORECOVER 🎉 also i would love love love to email you or be able to talk to you somehow! 🥺❤

Girl… you are so brave with the pedicure and the ingrown nail removal at the salon. No body and I do mean no one sees my feet or removes nails except for me. I don’t do nails either due to me being extremely sensitive to fungal infections. I did a manicure one time and one of my nails turned green. No more for me. 😂 All that aside… you are so inspiring and your nails look beautiful for the holiday season! Your skin care is working wonders for you, too as you are glowing!

I just came across your channel. You are giving me hope for my niece. She has been sentenced to to 7 years . I am scared for her but on the other hand its going to give us piece of mind knowing where she is instead of wondering where she is. Ya know ❤

I got my ingrown toenail removed by a doctor. The process (for me anyway) was they cut the side (the side under the skin) of your toenail out, like completely out. And then they add this chemical that makes that area of your toenail never grow. They of course will numb you, so you won’t feel anything, but the process is pretty brutal haha. For 2 days after my toe was super sore, but I’ve never had an ingrown toenail in that toe since (it’s been years) so if it’s a common problem for you I really recommend the procedure! Really love these vids Tina, much love!

Hi Tina! About the ingrown toenail: try to ask if they've got a 'nail brace' that will curve your nail back straight again at the salon. For me it was too late and my toe got infected. The pain of an ingrown toenail is no joke, but the sharp pain of a needle going into the bone of your toe was the worst pain I have ever felt (since I needed the operation and without going into the bone you won't really get numb). The only way for your toes to not get infected is by making the nail straight again and that is by using a brace, or you need to put tiny pieces of gauze under it so the nail can't dig into your skin (only when it's not already infected, otherwise bacteria will nest in it even more).

For fall I like to wear neutral bottoms like khaki/black pants and dark colored jeans. Light colored jeans for day looks. I started using only one color of jewelry so either white or yellow gold. Simple is best i think. I love your eyelashes and your nails!! You’re so pretty 😍 ✨

I just wanna let all my lovely ladies (including Tina girl!) out there that Walmart has some CUTE clothes for the fall/winter months! I recently got 2 matching sets, one was a velour tracksuit type of set in a baby blue color and another soft grey long sleeve turtle neck and pants set. I’ve gotten so many compliments on both outfits, don’t sleep on Walmart clothes they have some good stuff 😍

Also target usually has really cute simple basic tanks and tees anywhere from $3-$10! I recently got a cropped tank for $3 and i love wearing it around the house instead of a huge raggedy t shirt bc it just makes me feel a little bit more cute 🥰

I used to struggle with ingrown toenails as well bc i played softball & would always get my feet hit. Going to the doctor to get it fully removed was so worth it! It's perfectly normal now! Your nail lady is very right , they did remove basically my whole nail out so it was a bit weird but the healing process was very much worth it!

If you wanna update your jeans but don't like the super baggy ones - bootcut & flare are both back on trend. They're a nice compromise since they're fitted at the top so you're not losing your silhouette but they still have the baggy legs. Really though those skinny jeans fit you perfectly and if you're more comfy in that style there's nothing wrong w that, wear what makes you feel most confident ❤️

I've always healed my own ingrown nails with self nail cutting and soaking the hand/foot in warm water (as hot as you can take it!) and salt. salty like the ocean is what you want. also bacitracin can help a bit on the area

So I have a severe panic disorder and anxiety disorder. My disorders prevent me from basically doing anything outside my house which sucks because I absolutely love to get my nails done. So, I've learned to do my own nails at home and you have now inspired me to do my own lashes at home. Thank you so so much for your content! I normally don't post these comments, but you really helped me to try to take care of myself and do nice things for myself. I just ordered my first set of DIY lashes! I just love seeing you happy, and what makes you happy. Those nails are so CUTE! (Edit because I forgot Gatlinburg.) The first time I heard about Gatlinburg was when Bill Bryson wrote about it in his book "A Walk in the Woods: Rediscovering America on the Appalachian Trail" (He's hilarious. The title of the book doesn't sound like it, but almost everything he writes has me in stitches and laughing out loud. This book did, too.), and he painted a really sweet picture of a small but touristy kind of place. I know that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have the name running through the rock candy, usually the name of the town, but sometimes like those toy license plates you'll find a shop that sells the sticks with boys' and girls' names on them. If you buy them in a tourist town you'll pay more, but they're no less delicious. :) And they're a sweet (no pun intended) little thing to remember about a place. Traverse City, Michigan has a cherry festival, Mackinac Island, MI has its famous fudge, and Gatlinburg has rock candy. It's a little detail, but I appreciate that you shared it with us. As a writer, it's the little stuff like that I find the most interesting.

Yes when you go to a podiatrist and you get constant ingrown toenails they do take off the entire toenail and it's got to grow back. I do remember that when I pulled on a door and it took off my thumbnail that it took about a month for it to fully grow back again. But the whole thing is even if I'm taking out your entire toenail it can keep happening still anyway. So if you catch an ingrown toenail or any nail quickly then it can easily be taken out like the nail people do but if it it gets super bad you definitely do have to go to a podiatrist and yeah it's going to be an ongoing battle. I do my husband's toes because he does not take care of them well and he has diabetes too so I take care of them if he lets me and when he does I do take out his ingrown toenails quick
