I didn’t think Miralax was safe to take everyday either but after speaking with multiple doctors and going through nursing school I’ve learned it’s totally safe. It’s like fiber the particles are not absorbed in the digestive tract and it works to soften the stool and is fully excreted. However, you should find a doctor that makes you feel safe and cared for about your health. The constipation could also be putting pressure on your bladder and causing more pain. Yes a child I worked with was put on a daily miralax protocol to prevent him from getting hard stool again because he was traumatized the last time it happened and ended up needing to be hospitalized from it so anything to keep him from feeling like he’s getting hard stool was our mission so he would continue using the bathroom for us.

hey tina! just giving u some experience of my own! if clothes don’t fit you like you said, get a size bigger and if it’s cotton or material that shrinks, once you wash and dry it, it usually fits almost perfectly! ( this is only usually with shirts and sometimes jeans) 🩷

i remember you saying in a video that some people say you have a spending problem or buy way too much, but for me, i'd much rather see you buy clothes, perfumes, etc. instead of drugs. it makes me happy that you're spending money on things that make you confident and happy, rather than buying drugs that are no good for your well being. i love your videos, and i love seeing all the cool things you buy!

I also wanted to tell you that I discovered this amazing acne treatment from Neutrogena. It comes in as a red bottle. It says, Neutrogena stubborn, acne A.M. treatment 2.5% micronized BPO…..and OMG this stuff works like magic!!!! I’ve been using it for the last two weeks and my skin has never looked better. Also, if you have a pimple and you wanted it to dry up, put a large amount of the cream on it to completely cover it so it’s soaked it up versus just applying a thin layer. P.S. That green color looks amazing on you. I hope you got that sweater!! I am so freaking proud of you that you’re getting back to your self and being a fashionista again 💕

Man Burlington, Marshalls and Ross are always such a mess lol. I went to Marshalls the day they started putting out the Halloween decorations and I was so happy I could get something that hadn't been picked through and tossed around or broken by careless people. I can't stand when you find something you like but it's all scratched up or broken. One time I got those cute clear plastic jewelry case for $20. Went home and took off the big ol sticker only to reveal a huge crack under it 😢Can we collectively just do better when we go to these places so people can enjoy what they purchase 😂 jeez!!

I’m sorry you’re struggling with IBS - I have had stomach issues for 7 years and the doctors kept trying to push a lot of meds on me too just for symptom relief - always advocate for yourself and if they don’t want to do certain tests or listen to you tell them to make sure they put that they are refusing to do that test or follow up on that specific thing you want to try in the notes. I hope that made sense. You’re amazing and thank you for all your content! ❤

I have stomach problems and I got a heating pad/ massager for period cramps (it heats and vibrates on different settings, and fits like a belt) and I found out it helped with my nausea & stomach problems. I recommend to anyone who has stomach issues/ gets a period at all

Bladder pain is the worst, I’ve been living with it for years. I’m sorry you’re having to deal with it, it can be very frustrating but there are some things that can help. You’ve just got to find what works best for you. Hope it gets better
