Certain points in my life have felt very dark. A darkness that, at times, I wasn't sure would end.

I find that nature hides great wisdom in the cycles of the moon.
The New Moon, marked by intense darkness, is natures subtle reminder that life is a series of cycles. It's a time of quiet, a time for reflection, a time of renewal.

The dark of a moonless night holds unknown potential; a blank slate.
Tonight, on this new moon, if you feel like you're in a dark place, I remind you that you're not alone and that this time will pass.

Yeah, and it was Mother's Day in the UK today, too,and my son staying over tonight as he got job interview tomorrow, so 2am he will be getting some healing sleep vibrations, as I'm staying up for this one. About 10 years ago it was a hard time in my life. I was outside and took off a tarpaulin and a snake coulered in silver coiled away. They do not exist here in Sweden as far as I know. I saw this picture many times while listening to your sound bath. Thank you for sharing your gifts. ❤❤
