Very nice house, most definitly love love the location of those stairs keeping the intimacy of the bedrooms area. Althougg the breakfast area defeated the purpose of a dinning area by being so close and so similar. I would definitly put a wall to seperate the two.

Hi Phillip, Most home sites have plenty of room for a pool. They typically start around 40k for a screen enclosed pool.

I love it so much. I’d make just a few changes, and would want it fully furnished to lighten my load. But other than that, it’s almost perfect. Will be with another bedroom and another bathroom.

Yes. All of these builders have communities in other states. The names of the homes and the style will change tho. Just google the builder in your state and you will find them.

J H Orlando for sure , there’s that place called Windermere the best luxurious place in Orlando house came with boat and everything by the lake , Clermont has some nice house too but Windermere is quiet, peaceful and beautiful and also make sure you bring a Rolls Royce or some latest Bently model cause them old people don’t play down there with their toys

yes and no.... The home includes a lot, but most builders will add a premium to preferred home sites. Every community and builder is different.

I like this house ,but the carpet in the bedrooms ,also a pool should be perfect i,am planning to go to Florida the next 2 months, but I like San Agusti or Palm Beach, I am not very familiar with this area,I believe you have said Pensacola? I rarely see roaches. If I do.... it's in a foreclosure or a run down house. Most people have pest companies spay the home and yard a few times a year to kill bugs and spiders.

Own my own business but want to make a move sometime this yr or next. To expand buisness into the area. I'm an autobody painter by trade and owner of a mobile wheel repair company. ive lived in newer homes around central Florida since 2005. havnt seen one roachs. now in older homes and apartments built on or next to some ponds have issues. but like I said, those are always from what ive experienced....older domains
