Nice house for the price. Others similar to that have been, in my opinion, priced way to high. Of course I'm sure the price doesn't include the lot to build it on.

love the open floor plan in the downstairs but I wish the master suite was upstairs. my fiance and I are thinking of moving to Florida and we are looking in the are a of Winter Garden. we are open to building our dream home

Nice house but kinda weird layout for my tastes. Hate the 3/4 bath right to the left of the entryway with the bedroom there too. Seems to be very choppy layout.
Why do they build these beautiful homes and the use those wire closet shelves?

Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from Dream Finders at all cost! Closed March 28, 2019 and they still haven't completed major warranty issues. Almost all of our community have structural issues and been ignored by warranty and VP of warranty. Dream Finders should be Nightmare Finders!
