In one video I watched he was torture testing an optic and it was attached some tactical looking pistol. He was dragging it behind a fourwheeler or something , after that it was hanging in the shower if I remember correctly. I love this channel!

My one BIG concern is this being my EDC appendix fashion (which is how I carry every day) with a single action hammer fired gun pointing at my junk 😮w/o a thumb safety. Your thoughts Chris??? If they bring a model out w/a thumb safety I’m all in!

I’ve carried a single action 1911 for 30 yrs on duty and for several yrs off duty. Rule number 1 is single action is carried cocked and locked.

@@nealgold8442 but those triggers are much lighter in those guns. If you wait long enough you can get a Reflex with the safety. My only comment is that the trigger on a traditional 1911 and the single action trigger on here are not the same.

It’s basically a glock 26/27 that comes with 2 magazine’s, one flush fit, other just has a grip sleeve to accommodate the longer mag.

Better than a Glock 26 or 27 because it’s stagger stacked instead of double stacked like the Glocks. This is thinner, more concealable and smaller, lighter, and still has more round capacity. Can’t beat it

The fnx9 is a severely underrated pistol. I really wish FN would release some more accessories for it, or at least some manufacturing companies make more affordable spare slides w/ a cutout (cuz maybe one day i dont want red dot on my fnx9, lol) or at the very least agreeable price on a readily available threaded barrel. Really fantastic sidearm, tho.

Better than a Glock 26 or 27 because it’s stagger stacked instead of double stacked like the Glocks. This is thinner, more concealable and smaller, lighter, and still has more round capacity. Can’t beat it

About the only thing I don't like about my new FN pistols is the trigger reset. It's very clunky to me. 🤠
Year 7 in my PPS m2 don't need it replaced anytime soon

The fnx9 is a severely underrated pistol. I really wish FN would release some more accessories for it, or at least some manufacturing companies make more affordable spare slides w/ a cutout (cuz maybe one day i dont want red dot on my fnx9, lol) or at the very least agreeable price on a readily available threaded barrel. Really fantastic sidearm, tho.
It's nice I like it!
Hopefully they make a 3.7 barrel version that can hold 17rounds as well. Options, Options Options.

@@losoway4505 the main difference is the internal hammer. They’re not going to make the version you’re talking about because it already exist. Its the 509c and they call it a compact it’s really a sub compact
