3 tips: 1 - You can run 2 wheels on the grass at the last left hander before the run up to Flugplatz. It gives you better exit speed and you don't risk spinning on the outside curb. 2 - After the Foxhole you have the left at the top of the hill followed by a right hander. After that you should see a blue patch on the fence. Aim at that and turn in late and keep left to open up the final right hander so you can avoid using the curbs. 3 - At Bergwerk (final right hander before long uphill back straight) keep left and take a late apex. The faster you can go through that corner the better your run is up to Courage Corner. Can't wait for the TC long races so I can try them out. Even using the TT I still suck at GT races.

Hey man its been a while :D hope you keeping well 1. OOOOOO amazing i didnt know that, forza grass scares me lol, its either made of glue or its made of ice. I am never brave enough to find out now lmfao 2. I am going to have to take a slow lap to their see if i can see that fence thats awesome thanks man. 3.Yeah thats a corner i knew I should have taken far wider but by the time i get there I forget what I was thinking the lap before lmfao. thanks man. II will have to see what tune I am using for the TT man, and get you to try it, it feels like a TC car. Also may be worth trying the bently I drove in the video, stock its actually really good. @@Flashms I'm good. Had surgery (fatty deposit removed) on my right arm 2 weeks ago so haven't been doing much Forza. All I've really done is try to get my previous Nurb/Nord times after the leaderboard wipe.

Cool vid, on your driving, you're hugging the curbs too much and it's compromising your lines and you're missing apexes and stuff, even on hards you can be way quicker if you get comfortable using all the track, atm you're kinda hanging around in the middle of the track, and by using all the track you can actually smash the curbs as long as you're hitting the apex and getting off the throttle properly

Your absolutely right there bud, 90 percent of the race tracks, you push the use of the kerbs to eeek that 0.01 lol, jumping onto the ring where using the kerb does the total opposite. Its hard to not ride on that habit and remember to stay away. Practice on that track is what I really need, Sit down one afternoon and just keep going round till I get the lines right. Seeing this is the First time the track has been used in Online racing, I am kinda rusty lol Thanks though bud its much appreciated. Also love the Les Paul (correct me If I am wrong, been a few years since I played lol)

Really like your videos, if I may tell what i see where you could improve on is by using more of the track width, but I know that's such a hard thing to do on the Nordschleife 😅

The idea is good.. The tire wear scale is not, by a lot... If Soft last 1 (qually) Meds 2 and Hards 3... (S-S-S vs S-M vs H) You can have 3 strategies working it out on track where the last part of the race everything unfolds... This maybe not the right track for that, but i think you can see what i mean when it comes to tire deg in endurance.. Anyways, good drive bud👍

I do not think softs would even last a lap here man to even do a quali lol this is the huge issue with endurance racing on longer tracks. your options are kinda limited. If they made tire wear 2x or even 1. it would give everyone a chance of racing on softs. while the people running hards could get away with never pitting. It is such a shame this was never thought of before releasing the longer races.

@@Flashms There is a way. Like you and i said, lower the tire degradation.. In a 30 minute race, the time advantage of a softer tire can challenge the no stoppers.. So i really hope T10 will revise it.

I think they will, they need to be a little more hands on with it. For the soft tire strat to work, you need to be at least 40 seconds ahead of the next tire grade to really benefit. Else they will fly past you and you have to work to overtake them again. so you want to be first in first out lol

@@Flashms I did a few tire test already. And there is no 1 setting solution. Because it all depends on how much time you loose in the pitstop, with is different on each track. But divide this timelos by the laptime difference and in most cases a 30 min race is sufficient to make up for the (extra) pitstop. Where it is to strong to 1 side or another, give that side a bit of tire wear to deal with to balance it out.. 18 Laps Seebring with 3x will do that for example..

yeah, I mean if tire wear was taking into consideration better then no matter what we should be able to do qualifying on any track on softs and actually last all 3 laps lol not get to the 3rd lap and minor wear comes on lmao. its such a pain. Also be cool to force tires upon you to.

As bad as it is, using the proximity arrows is better than nothing using the hood view.

I get you bud. I use my mirror and ears as much as I can. I never see the arrows. So I have got used to not using them. 99percent of the time I have zero issue. The other 1 percent I can live with lmfao.

They need to add a radar option instead of the arrows I always either lose time and/or position going off my line trying to give space when I didn’t need to or making contact because I thought I had more space than I did

They are looking into something like a radar used on acc and or gt7. Not sure what update they want to bring it out in though. But they have spoken about it. Yeah I am the same as you. Giving space when not needed because I have not realised they either backed out or went farming lol.

Pretty sure you can run mediums for each lap as hards dont last 2 laps and you have to pit twice anyways

I am pretty sure it’s 4x or 5x. Cannot be precise but 4X seems about right and 5X seems a tiny bit to much. So it’s in between them 2 lol. All the best bud

@chilli-soup yeah man. I mean I did read somewhere it was 4x. It does seem about right. Best way to find out is find a short ish track. Send it round on softs and how far you get with softs before minor wear comes on and then doing it again in a private lobby. Should only take a few laps but 4 does seem right to me man.

I would recommended it if you are getting it with game pass. If you having to pay 60 plus for the game I am kinda on the fence for that one man. It has vastly improved since release but still not worth its expensive price tag

@hSevven I would get the premium edition. As the extra cars are really worth it bud. Base online cars are a little short supply lol seeing it’s on deal I would get it man. It’s only getting better as a new ceo has taken over and this weeks update was an amazing step up. With game pass you just pay to upgrade to premium or deluxe. I think the premium one is the top one. Go for that one as you get vip, car pass and more so go for the most expensive before the discount lmfao.

Controller game play is just as good as if you are on a wheel man. Forza did really well at balancing the difference so you can be as fast if not faster than the wheel guys :)

I like the long races because I need the practice to be able to stay on the track.

Game is great but mine stopped working properly - demands internet access when it has already successfully checked for updates and sign in to xbox servers - won't even allow free play without web access, which it has. Annoying. Once in a blue moon, I get in, but when during sessions won't update my section points and car grades,.

Wow I have not heard of have seen of that issue. I guess you done the uninstall re install and made zero difference. I mean the only other option is messages Microsoft game support and it is a bit of a rif raf to do but they are quite helpful. I had an issue where Xbox would not load on my pc. They sent me a load of commands and it fixed it. So they are quite good in that department. Worth checking out buddy. It’s gamers (not tech support) who help you out to. Again sorry to hear your having these issue buddy. Could it be a firewall issue ??? I am wondering throwing out ideas buddy

@@chrismurphy8383 I’ll have to find out what I did because I went online signed in to my email and had a direct line chat with someone from game support. So it was live chat. I would check firewall settings. Turning off any antivirus if your on pc. Xbox would not have the issue. If you are on console. Not sure if it is worth trying using an Ethernet cable or popping to a neighbours house to see if you still get the same problem. Trying to narrow it down lol. Again the tech support I spoke to were on the Xbox website under support again it was a live chat. We fixed my issue within 10 minutes. When I get home bud I’ll try and find the link I used and I’ll put it on here for you to use. No good waiting for a response bud
