I miss tanning in the sun but since I learned about skin care and how the sun is damaging to your skin, I stopped tanning. It's been hard to embrace my natural skin color. I miss my tan, but at least my skin will benefit. Not used to seeing my natural skin color

I’m glad companies are coming out with tinted moisturizers and sheer foundation

I tried this over the weekend and it is STUNNING. It honestly took me back how it made me glow. It’s a wonderful texture too.

I think with products like this it would be beneficial to show before and after photos when you apply it. So we can see exactly how much was covered in real time.

My mom doesn’t wear makeup because she’s an oncologist but I’m def going to recommend this to her even tho she’s soooo pretty!

I wonder what the difference would be with some of your wear tests if you were out and about rather than at home (assuming you didn’t go somewhere at 7 PM). Could you do another wear test for us when you’re out and about? This is intriguing but how do I know it’ll hold up when I’m out in the world? I know many of us are home but would love to know how it wears when you’re maybe running errands or sweating a little more? Thanks!!💕

@@charj2286 I’m aware, but that would be a first impressions video. Allie did do a wear test here; I’m not referring to her. Lots of creators are full time, upload 3x a week or more, and manage to do a foundation wear test once a week. Eight hour check ins are fine with me but some do 6 and 12. Some even do swatch comparisons. And many are moms as well. So there’s that. I love that Allie applies makeup in almost every video instead of just talking about it. But when it comes to a wear test I do want to see it not just hear about how it performed. Obviously if she’s commenting on it, she’s wearing it 8 hours and not immediately taking it off.

Finally broke down and bought this! So glad I did! It really is a your skin but better coverage! It doesnt look like foundation or even a tinted moisturizer. It has such a unique natural finish!! Like nothing ive tried! Thanks for your review!

This sits so well on my dry, 48 year old skin. It even seems to have a blurring effect on my pores, lasts all day with a good setting spray . If it weren’t for that gloopy dropper packaging, this would be an 11/10 for me, it even comes in a shade fair enough for me, the 0.5 Very Light. Holy grail status for me!

I can’t wait to try this! I usually wear the milk makeup sunshine skin tint or the tarte foundcealer bc I have dry skin all year. Those are both super dewy and quite sheer so I’m really excited to try something new that will dry down and probably give more coverage than those but still keep me moisturized.!

Love to see a ranking or reviews of skin tints, tinted moisturizers, tinted hydrators. Comparing the new pros & cons. This was great!!!!!!!

I have oily skin and I truly loved it! It lasted 8 hours no problem, though I did get a bit shiny in my T-zone. Beautiful skin tint!

I got this and it lasts forever on my oily skin which really surprised me. I could only get shade 4-5 which works for me now, it is forgiving. This is sheer but worked well with concealer. I am going to try mixing it with some of my heavier foundations to sheer them out as well as some that are a shade too light, I think that will be perfect too.

I recently got into "The Ordinary" serum foundation. I actually mix it in to my moisturizer and it is also GORGEOUS! And only $6. It would be fun to see a comparison video with both of them!

I love that foundation. It's currently my daily foundation. It is so thin and looks natural. It never looks heavy. I couldn't justify buying this loreal option since it is so much more expensive. The Ordinary has been hitting it out of the park lately for me. Also to address the silicone comment here...I also have very sensitive, acne prone skin and my skin has truly never looked better!!

@@daniellacordova1633 Have you tried the Ilia skin tint? It's a very particular product and I think either you love it or hate it, no middle ground, but for me it truly is the definition of "your skin but better".

I’m definitely running to the store to get this! I was eyeing it before, but you and Laura sold me!!

I bought this in light 2-3 and it looks great on my skin! I applied it with a brush then followed up with a sponge, ala Allie 😊 It has decent coverage and I used a separate concealer for blemishes, but the product looked great under my eyes! Overall I’m so happy with it! I’m so glad you tried this product and did a wear test, thank you!

I'm not overly keen on putting foundation straight onto my face from a dropper. The back of my hand or on a make-up mixing palette is preferable for me. I love the finish of this, it looks lovely on your skin.

I hear you! Serum foundations generally perform best when warmed in the hands before applying , like the name suggests; apply like s serum. I’ve played around with techniques applying serum tints /foundations & find they have all benefited from this form of application. Under normal circumstances I use a palette too.

Hyaluronic acid isn't such a super ingredient as social media touts it to be though... I heard a dermatologist say to limit HA to just one product but it's in everything!

Oh I loved that foundation! It reminded me of my favorite foundation from Dior - the Nude Air Serum Foundation that came with a dropper like this one does. It has that powdery dry down…I’m really hoping this foundation is similar to those two!

I love it. Even though I am oily. I used it over my Tacha primer. Finding the right color was a little tricky. Not a lot of options. A great no foundation look with a beautiful buildable coverage.

Beautiful natural look for a light makeup day. Might have to give it a try and see how it works. I’ve been told though that some L’Oreal products are not great for folks that deal with milia (like myself), so I’ll see how it works for me.

I purchased this today and I have to say that I really enjoy this formula! I think it is great for the fact that it actually sticks to my nose and I have a really hard time finding foundations that stay on my nose especially at the fact that I didn't even have to powder it it dries down so nice that it doesn't even need powder I was worried about how to apply it but decided to go with my hands and I didn't even use the concealer and I feel like I got a decent amount of coverage from it! I would definitely recommend and I have combination skin and where I am oily I am oily af!

I'm so glad people are discovering this, it's the best foundation I've ever tried! Hate the dropper so much though 😬

I discovered the Age Perfect serum foundation with SPF and at first disliked it due to being gooey looking and making my face tingle. However now I love it. It must be loaded with peptides because my face absorbs it and the wrinkles seem to disappear. The tricky part is not being able to layer powder on top. You can but then the parts near your lips and eyes are dewy yet the rest of your face is not. Cheeks are just okay with powder. But if I figure out how to layer color on it I’m going to subtract ten years. I’ll try this one for winter. Might as well use up what I have.

I love this foundation! I normally where hour glass but this foundation is amazing on my skin!

I think I should try this out. I just used up 2 other foundations in my collection. Think this one might be worth trying.

This is gorgeous on mature skin too. Doesn’t sink into pores or lines. I have dry/combo skin and it looks smooth and fresh every time and lasts a full day on me. I think applying with fingers is best as a brush or sponge just seems to soak up too much product because of the consistency. The only thing is the messy dropper packaging. If it had a pump it would be perfection. This hasn’t had a lot of press at the moment in the UK, i found it online with our big drugstore Boots.

I bought this, and as a freckles face 40 year old....I absolutely love it. With light powder it's beautiful. Anyone on the fence should try it. You can always return it. Keep in mind if you like full coverage, you probably will not like it.

TO REPLACE THE DROPPER: (I'm leaving the same comment on many videos in hopes many people can get the information.) The dropper for this tinted serum IS terrible, in my opinion, but the bottle has the standard-size neck, which means that a lot of pumps will fit it. The pump that one can buy for Estee Lauder Double Wear fits it. The pump that comes in with the Physician's Formula Spotlight Illuminating Primer fits it, too. Any pump that works with MAC Studio Fix, the discontinued Physician's Formula Healthy Foundation, or the L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable (the original True Match in the small bottle with the silver cap) will work with this L'Oreal True Match Nude Tinted Serum. So, go through your products and see if you can find a dispenser to pinch. Also, don't forget there are "foundation pumps" on Amazon that are very inexpensive (about 7 dollars for a set of 4), refillable squeeze bottles (you can easily reuse the Dior Backstage Face and Body), and my favorite, the Amazon airless pump bottles. Just be very careful dispensing, because this tinted serum is not very viscous and might splatter if you press too hard.

The texture description you gave reminds me of MAC face and body foundation. It's very liquidy and gets tackier as you rub it in.

This sounds like the Pixi H20 skin tint. I wonder how they compare. I love that stuff. Almost nothing else works on my oily skin.

Its $19.99 at Cvs too but I only ended up paying $0.02 lol I had a ton of extra bucks and a coupons! I ended up getting $5 in extra bucks after purchasing it too so even better! I actually really like it from the 1 time I tried it so far! I'm actually using it as an undereye concealer too and it's so nice! I dont wear base coverage products like foundation or anything like that 99.9999% of the time because I hate the feeling but this feels so light!

I’m a new subscriber to your channel. I’m very impressed with your overall makeup looks. In my humble opinion, a lot of the Beauty/Makeup Influencers out there don’t have your level of skills. I think a great majority of makeup tutorials do not look good in real life. Makeup behind the bright lights of the camera looks vastly different in real life situations. Women want to feel more attractive and a little more confident but the makeup tutorials women are following today actually have a negative effect on their looks. I’m very impressed with application skills, very pretty indeed.

I’ve always mixed the L’Oréal True Match foundation with my moisturizer or sunscreen to sheer it out. I think this is kind of the same concept.
